In 1905, it was the site of a major Russian Revolution uprising by crew members of the Battleship Potemkin. The nice old town area has a beautiful opera house, and the city has many great beaches.

Everything starts with a visit to a local market. It is the most antique (and one of the biggest) food market in the country and is repeatedly used as a scene in novels. Its atmosphere reminds of Marseille and Napoli and you can find here delicious produce born in the richest soil on Earth as well. When all the ingredients are found it’s time to cook! We go to our culinary lab in a fashionable district and take aprons and wine and then we start. All the dishes (each class includes three course dishes) are cooked before your eyes with step by step explanation, so our classes would be useful for both experts and beginners. Every participant gets involved in the process and becomes proud coauthor of all the dishes.After classes you get a mail with all the recipes, ingredients and how- tos. So you’ll never forget what you’ve learned. Our classes are the best way to know Odessa better, to become a cook and surely to make new acquaintances at the same time! See you :)
