Ciao! I'm Chelsea, the hostess of Wanderful Retreats. I create unique itineraries through gorgeous locations in Italy to provide a truly Tuscan retreat. A little bit of everything -- cooking classes, day trips, wine tasting and art making -- to create a unique retreat to nurture your creative and adventurous sides.
I'm an avid sketcher, Italy addict and the host of Wanderful Retreats! My addiction for Italy started back in college when I studied abroad the summer of 3rd year at the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduating, I flew back to Italy on my graduation day to begin an internship at the very same study abroad center. I spent the next 2 years in Italy, learning Italian, sketching and loving every hectic minute of it.
I am a professional chef and owner of the Agriturismo Borgo Santa Lucia where I teach cooking classes for those who want to learn how to cook typical Tuscan dishes. Years ago I took my culinary passion seriously and I followed a professional training at a prestigious institute in Rome. I put my passion and my experience into what I do and I do my best to offer the best cooking experience for my guests.
