Visited as part of a tour to Nemea with Olive Sea Travel. The tasting was excellent and so informative and we really enjoyed sampling this lovely, modern style of Greek wine - in situ. We toured the facility and then enjoyed an excellent platter of food whilst sampling the wines - perfect.

Beautiful estate and surroundings. The wine tasting was amazing with 8 different labels, and not only we had such a good time drinking wine, but we learnt so much about the process of wine making, the differences of grape varieties and many more interesting things. Special thanks to our host Dimitra who was very personable and exceeded our expectations. Thank you!!

In 1995, a new dynamic era began for Palivou Estate, when the old traditional tank was replaced by a modern winery, which was exactly following the demands of modern times. Palivou Estate owns one of the two largest vineyards in the zone of NEMEA, the place of the famous Greek red variety AGIORGITIKO (Saint George) . More than 40 hectares planted mostly with Agiorgitiko, but also with Rhodites, Moschofilero, Malagouzia, Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. During your visit you will learn everything about Nemea’s fertile soil and you will experience the unique feeling of Agiorgitiko. Nemea’s legends and history will take you back to the glorious past and you will definitely get closer to the nature. Went with a few friends and we had a great time. The hostess we had was very friendly and well versed in the winery and the processes that they used. She gave us a tour of the area and then led us to the tasting room. Overall we had a great time and even bought a few bottles of wine. I would definitely go back
