An amazing day driving the 200km Sculpture Trail...such great talent...and we found Wally... Lovely stopover at Lake Dunn and enjoyed chatting with some of the campers...

Lara Wetlands

Reviewed By Ladyspot10 - Australia, null

We were recommended to stay here and we were so lucky it was the most peaceful camping spot we have ever been to and pet friendly. The bird life was great. We had spectacular sunsets and the thermal pool was unbelievable. We did not have a self contained van but had gas and 12v in the van. The showers and toilets are spotless and basically that is all you need. It was beautiful of an evening to watch all the fires around the lake. They even provide the wood to burn and the fire drums- what more could you ask for. The managers are very hospitable and pleasant to chat to and we were sorry to leave but were on a time table. We took lots of photos and show them to all and sundry at every chance we get as well as recommending the place. We will go back to Lara Wetlands next year and can’t wait. 10 out of 10 from us.
