Reviewed By pankaj rEntire system needs revamping. The maintenance is absolutely sub-standard. Air conditioners old and noisy. Bathrooms unclean and bed sheets old. The management has taken customers for granted and need to pull up their socks.

Not Good hotel
Reviewed By Srujan81I had a bad experience in this hotel. Service is very poor. Even if you call the service boy they are not turn up quickly. After a multiple calls then only service boys come to my room. No hot water, no car parking.

Balaji Grand is a fine hotel situated on the Cinema Road in Kakinada which has a simply decorated interior and a comfortable overall ambience. The bedrooms at the hotel have light colored walls and dark wood furnishings, keeping the ambience of the rooms light and warm.The hotel has a conference room and a banquet hall available for the guests to make use of while staying there. The free Wi-Fi and power backup provided by the hotel allows the guests to stay connected with the rest of the social world. Other amenities offered by the hotel are a mini fridge, a refrigerator, laundry facility, CCTV cameras and a card payment option. The hotel is situated strategically for ease of travel while it has many tourist spots located nearby such as Ravi Aqua, Sri Dhakshina Murty Temple, and NFCL mini zoo.

Reviewed By TEK98It is located in the city only. The breakfast buffet is ok and rooms are bit small but comfortable and staff is ok. They are giving free amenities like free wifi, breakfast,car parking,laundry services but iam not used, fidge, ac or cooler. Some tourist attractions are near like the mini zoo and one temple is there.

Reviewed By Keith11221The entire hotel needs a re do. The bed sheets are all stained so also is the pillowcase and towels. You might get infected just sleeping in the room or staying in it. The food served is the same in the afternoon and night. The air conditioning in the room is very sad. Having a split AC which half the function do not work. The hotel on the whole should be closed and the management should be seriously thinking of changing out and redoing the rooms up.
