We hired a random guide and went alllll the way up to the top. Looking back, we should have bailed, since hubby's knee was painful for MONTHS afterward

Chaurasi Khambon ki Chhatri

This attraction is on the outskirts of Bundi - ideally a 3 or 4 wheeler is recommended if you are visiting. Once you go in, there is a ticket which has to purchased. You can buy a single ticket or a composite ticket (good for 3 attractions). I would recommend buying the composite ticket. You can go in, climb the steps and sit under the cenotaph. It is very nice and cool. It is actually a Shiva temple with a shivling inside the cenotaph. I would recommend this for a visit.

Sukh Niwas Mahal

Reviewed By newyorknytrip - New Delhi, India

This small palace is a must visit during your trip to Bundi. It has a wonderful location and a breathtakingly lovely view of the lake and city around it.Also, this place is the site where Rudyard Kipling wrote his novel 'Kim.' To corroborate this , the small room on the top floor is marked with a board which reads- Kipling Palace! There is a small government museum as well in the Sukh Mahal complex.
