A Fine Balance is a beautiful boutique wellness studio in the heart of Upminster, Essex. Our expert teachers offer warm and welcoming Yoga, Barre and Pilates classes. We have been voted one of the best yoga studios in Essex. There are a range of classes to suit all levels, as well as bespoke workshops, courses and tailored classes, including yoga for teenagers and pregnancy yoga.
Did yoga online. Enjoyed the lesson. With me having a recording this week the sound sometimes sounded a little muffled. I will be doing the live one next week so should be better. The teacher explained and demonstrated things really well. Would recommend it.

Had the most amazing aromatherapy massage from Julia last night. This was the best massage I’ve ever had (and I’ve had a few!) in the most peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Julia was both professional and inviting. I truly felt relaxed and my shoulders which had been sore for a while were so much better. Thanks Julia I will definitely be returning for more from your lovely Sanctuary (a perfect name I think!)
