Sake & wine
We manufacture wine from the wild grape hybrid varieties harvested in Tokito, Kosaka, Kazuno, Akita Prefecture. By cultivating grapes that match the soil and brewing them reasonably, I think we can express the "terroir". "Tokito Shokoushi nonfiltered type" is used in the JR East cruise train "Train Suite Shikishima". The wine brewed and aged in a stainless steel tank and bottled without barrel aroma allows you to enjoy the rich and natural aroma and taste of the fruit itself. Since 2017, we have also been manufacturing cider from apples from Kazuno. The wines and ciders that are hand-made one by one are finished in a clean mouth with no unpleasant taste. Please try it once.
