Château Lastours is an old family winery located between Toulouse and Albi, in the heart of Gaillac appellation. It will be a real pleasure to make you discover our history and taste our wines. Our warm and friendly welcome is firstly marked by friendliness and willingness to reconcile modernity and tradition in this place rich in history.

When Pierre Fabre and his wife took over the family estate in 2013, they decided to re-establish the ancestral wine making activity of the domain and started by replanting vines. Situated in the North of the Gaillac vineyard, the Gayrard domain benefits from 30 hectares of vine which are managed organically since 2016. Biodynamic practices have also been introduced on the vineyard at the beginning of 2019, as they wanted to go further in their environmental approach. The authentic varietal wines which result from this virtuous approach require nothing more than to be discovered ! Laure and Pierre welcome you at the domain all year round for wine tasting, guided tours or even summer events.

Chateau clement termes, rich of 150 years of history, has produced wines for 7 generations. It is located in lisle sur tarn between toulouse and albi on the right bank of the tarn river, in the heart of the gaillac vineyard. We invite you to discover our chateau and to share our passion for wines.
