If you book directly in their page, you need to make sure an email confirmation is sent to you. Big watch out as the page accepts payments and no email is sent. I had to argue for an hour with the payment done. In a second visit, because they are the only tour, I had another bad experience, i paid a 900 pesos tour, visiting 5 locations in 5 hours, during the tour they informed that the tour was only 3 locations, and since I booked via Hotel Rio they cannot do anything about it, off course they never paid back the difference. I do not reccomend this, tricky site, tricky staff.

And we have been on plenty all around the world. We were fortunate to have 2 guides for a group of 4 people, the owner Rodrigo as well as Fernanda. Both are really passionate about their city and its food. We stopped at 8 places over the course of 5 hours. Each place was selected for a specific reason and they were all simply amazing. We also very much enjoyed going through the Mercado de San Juan and enjoying a few nibbles along the way. We walked and talked and ate a lot. You will not leave this tour hungry or needing anything else to eat for the rest of the day. The food was all delicious, freshly prepared by local owners who really take pride in their food. We also got a lot of history during the walk which was great. Both guides were genuinely interested in what we had to say, and ensuring that we were enjoying our experience. We liked the company so much, we will be doing its Tacos and Mezcal tour later in the week. Cannot recommend highly enough

We had an amazing walking (with one taxi) food tour with Diego! My husband and I love exploring the local food culture and he took us to some great local markets we never would have been able to navigate on our own. We tried tacos, meats, fruits and other treats. At the places he picked he knew the owners. Diego even brought his own plates and silverware for us. He is really knowledgeable about the history of the food culture of San Miguel De Allende. He also went with us to the local craft market. All in all a great day!

In the mountains you can find the town Zacatlán, you will distinguish the particular brightness of the mural with prehispanic inspiration that is just behind the glass bridge that rises over the Canyon of Jilgueros; with each step you will feel the immensity that accompanies the valley. You can walk on its suspension bridge over a river and feel the breeze of the waterfall. In Chignahuapan you will find the beauty that inhabits the jungle that seems to be extracted from an adventure book: the fruit trees and coffee plantations, and leaves in sight the beautiful waterfalls and the lagoon in the center. Zacatlán and Chignahuapan are towns in the mountains in the North of the Puebla´s state, visiting them will be like walking in the clouds. The dense fog slowly falls to cover the hills that surround these charming towns. Its gastronomy, crafts, wines and liquors will leave you amazed.

I enjoyed my Cholula Tour with Susana and Unlimited Experiences so much, I booked another tour with them the following day! Susana was a such a friendly guide, very professional, and tailored both tours around my interests! The sights were beautiful and the restaurants were excellent. They took COVID precautions very seriously and were always quick in answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this company when visiting Puebla!
