With a 270ft-fall, Talakona is the highest waterfall in the Andhra pradesh state.
This water fall is situated, about 3 hours by road from Chennai, with about 1.5 KM trek up the hill, almost near Tirupati. Virgin forest and travel by two wheeler and trekking is very popular. Absolute silence and sin set or sunrise can be excellent time. The falls shimmers down like Silver Cascade.

I am most frquently going to Tada waterfalls. Recently my kids learn swimming there only. I am really happy, morning 8 am opening . I recommend come asap. I don't recommend dont visit on weekends. In this covid season many members visiting so its polluted, but mon-fri few members only visiting. After bike/car parking walk atleast 1 km. Here a checkdam available. Swim there 365 days water flowing in this dam, only 5 meters height only . Next optionally go to main waterfalls Here Aug-Feb highly recommended. Its good. I recommend with family members.
