Went here last weekend and the kids had a ball, they had a brilliant time. Park nicely kept clean, no rubbish flying around. The food kiosk was great, very clean and very reasonably priced. Very friendly staff all around. Like the idea of paying with tokens for rides. Our kids age 7 and 3 loved this fair. The only downside was the toilets, they really are awful and do I clean and only two cubicles for the volume of people that attend the market and fair. Will definitely go again.

Our dragons are still snoring gently. We hope to be able to reopen the underground Labyrinth, safely, soon. Our gift shop is open daily. When we reopen, we will sail again through the cascading veil of an underground waterfall and discover a magical place where tales from the mists of time are retold. Tales of dragons, colossal giants, fierce battles and the legendary King Arthur. Guided by a Dark Age Boatman through immense caverns and winding tunnels, you will find these ancient Welsh stories brought to life through dramatic scenes, light and sound. Enjoy an exciting finale - Dragon River! Your adventures underground may disturb the guardians of the Labyrinth…will you avoid their clutches and return safely to the outside world? There are more ancient tales to be found back above ground in Lost Legends of The Stone Circle where you can navigate the snaking paths of a simple maze to find mythical stories, intriguing characters and The Stone Circle. Complete the quiz and win a medal!
I have taken several family members and friends to this attraction since it opened and finally got to take my 6 yr old nephew. He was excited from the moment we got to the shop with the red dragon outside. The shop has a mixture of pocket money toys for little ones and expensive wares for teenagers and adults who are interested in the Arthur stories. It was a particularly wet day, and after watching the story and safety video we set off in the rain with our hard hats on. The incline to the entrance is a little slippery but it’s slate and an old mine and so part of the experience. There are hand rails if needed. We walked inside and approached the boat, waiting for the returning party to disembark. One very excited 6 yr old. We got on the boat and sailed off on our journey. I’m getting old and my hearing is not the best, plus having Master Excitable it was a little difficult to hear the story, but the ‘magical waterfall’ never fails to amaze. The return journey was even more exciting with the dragons. The walk through the caverns and the story telling was great as usual. I do think it would be great to have a little live action as some of the mannequins are looking a bit dated. The lighting of the caverns is brilliant and whilst others may be listening to the story, I’m looking at the geology and patterns in the slates above. The experience lasts an hour and never feels rushed. The steady pace is needed as there are times when you double back to go down another passage way and there are other parties in there too. 6 yr old said it was 100 out of 10, awesome and would go again. He also managed to spend his pennies in the shop on things that would last and not the usual touristy rubbish stuff you can get at attractions. Grown up enjoyed it, child enjoyed it. Both of us happy to go again.

With over 13 things to do, there’s fun to be had, whatever the weather, at Glasfryn Parc on the Llyn Peninsula. Race around the flood-lit Go-Kart Circuits, practice your aim at Clay Pigeon Shooting, Archery or Crazy Golf. Or get inside for Ten-Pin Bowling and to let the kids burn off energy in the Soft Play area. Our beautiful lakes are home to an Aqua Park where you can learn to Wakeboard, with qualified instructors, or if you’re an experienced wakeboarder, challenge yourself on the many obstacles. Adrenaline seekers should head for the tower and leap onto ‘The Blob’, sending your friends flying through the air into the lake. Or, if you’re after a more relaxing water sport, why not take in the stunning mountain views on our kayaks or SUP’s Glasfryn Parc. A day’s family fun, whatever the weather. . Parking and entry are free. Glasfryn is open from 9.30 am every day of the year (apart from Christmas Day).
We visited Glasfryn Parc today and did clay pigeon shooting followed by archery. The extremely lovely gentleman who gave great help and instruction to myself and my husband was fantastic and made sure we were safe and above all had great fun and a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our first time at shooting and would like to thank him for his time and kindness. We also enjoyed the archery. There are many different sports and games to take part in and enjoy here and we would definitely recommend a visit if you are in the area.
