We went opening day and arrived 45 minutes prior to oepening and to redeem out 2020 VIP season passes. Once we got to the front of the line at 10:30, were told that we were in the wrong line. Not a single employee was at or near the end of the line to direct customers..BUT WAIT,,,General Manager, Justin LuCore, came to the rescue, saw the problem and corrected it. We were escorted through the gate and taken to Customer Services and issued our passes and processed through with out any further delay.. Justin has a keen sense of Customer Service and knows what to do in a customer conflict situation. I also noticed during our stay the continual traiing that was taking place around us,,Great Job Justin and also our servers in the Cabana area Brandon and Lauren!!!! It was a gret day thanks to your GM and Team Members

Voted best waterpark in Las Vegas! This 23 acre family park features over 20 water slides, pools, activities and attractions including “Wild Surf” the ultimate waterslide featured on Xtreme Waterparks. Delicious food, snacks and refreshing beverages are also available. Easily located 15 minutes east of the Las Vegas Strip in Henderson, NV.
If you are in Las Vegas area and looking for a fun and fabulous day I highly recommend going to Cowabunga Bay Waterpark. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is plenty to do for all ages, slides. Lazy river, wave pool, etc. Our granddaughter (just turned 4) had an awesome time. It’s very reasonably priced, we bought online and saved $10 off each adult ticket. Season Passholders gain entry about 10-15 minutes before daily entrants. But that’s a perk they deserve. Water is Ice cold. It was 107° the day we went and water felt amazing. Will definitely be returning next time in Vegas.
