A youthful, modern metropolis with a diverse population, Tel Aviv dates back only to 1909. Clubs, bars, a thriving arts community, gay life and beaches attract artists, musicians and young professionals to Tel Aviv's more secular scene. Its UNESCO-designated Bauhaus architecture has won the city the moniker "The White City." Walk, drive or catch cabs between the cultural exhibition pavilions of Haaretz Museum, historic Independence Hall Museum, bustling Carmel Market and Old Jaffa's boardwalk.

This is a belated review for a day trip we took back in December 2019 (three adults), thus the lack of masks. My mother is in her 60s, it was her first time to visit Israel, and we wanted her to get the most out of it without exhausting herself. We wanted to know more about the incense route and the Nabateans, as well as to see the Negev. I have to say the guided tour was very well researched and made the visit to Avdat truly worthwhile. Kobi was professional, well prepared, very friendly and thoughtful - he asked the staff at Avdat to put up the Chinese version of the introduction video for my mother without us even asking. In the afternoon we went on a off-road in Mizpah Ramon which my mother thought was the highlight of the day. The tour was exactly what we asked for. Communication was timely and the tour was well planned and well executed. We were very pleased to be able to do and see so much in one day without feeling rushed at all. I would recommend Kedem's service to anyone who is looking for a personalised experience and not just after a photo op.

Tel Aviv is a city of many shades and contrasts. But where did it all begin? Join me on this historical tour as we walk in the footsteps of some of the founders of Tel Aviv, such as Ben Gurion and Meir Dizengoff. We’ll stroll along Rothschild Boulevard, tracing the Israeli Trail of Independence. This is the incredible story of the first Jewish city in the world, that was founded in 1909, and turned in recent years into the heart of the Startup Nation. In this tour we discover the secrets behind the preserved houses, including the Hall of Independence - the place where the state of Israel was founded, as well as the Hagana Museum and Ben Nahum Hotel. You'll also hear about: • How Tel Aviv was born out of the sea • Who was the sheriff of Tel Aviv • Why did the first school of Tel Aviv vanish • What was life like in the early years of Tel Aviv • Where the story of Israel and the story of Tel Aviv come together
Inclusions: Lifetime access to this tour in English, VoiceMap Application, Offline access to audio, maps, and geodata
Exclusions: Tickets or entrance fees to any museums or other attractions en route, Smartphones and headphones, Transportation, Food/Drink

The day tour to Jerusalem and Bethlehem was very interesting. The group was quite small and we got a great overview of the history and tensions between Israel and Palestine. Amir Call Or was a great guide. I would book a tour with him again anytime. For the Bethlehem part and we also had a local guide who arranged for us to visit the tomb of Jesus without waiting in line. I highly recommend Bein Harim Tourism Services.
