Classic whitewashed buildings line the labyrinthine streets of Mykonos, the largest town on the Greek island of the same name. Matoyianni Street is particularly charming. Iconic 16th-century windmills keep watch over the village from the hills above, and the fully functional Boni Mill is part of the Mykonos Agricultural Museum. The Aegean Maritime Museum and the Folklore Museum will give you a proper introduction to the area’s rich cultural and economic history.

Kos reached probably it's peak during the Roman and Hellinistic Period, and became a center of shops and commerce and a great port. Some fabulous villas with mosaics floors is a nice discover in the ancient Agora; If you visit the nice mountain Dikaios, ca. (847 m) , and the charming village Zia is very close to the mountain; a very romantic village with small narrow streets, many little shops, or visit the Monastery of Spondi; the panoramic views of the whole of Kos or also see the wonderful sunset from Zia, will be a super experience.

The tour was really good and it was my sister and I only for the evening tour (turning into a private tour...win). Got to see the top places in the town and little Venice. Then we drove around the island. We also stopped at one of the beaches for a drink (they changed the location to suit what we would like) and later stopped at one of the restaurants for some apperitifs. This restaurant had the best tzatziki and politiki I have ever tasted. Lastly they took us to the top of the hill in the evening for a night photo of Mykonos with the lights lit up. The tour should have ended a little earlier but the last stop was a nice little bonus to round up the tour. I truly recommend!

We really enjoyed our half day tour of Mykonos and it was good to explore and see different parts of the island - including Mykonos town, Ano Mera and the beaches of Kalo Livadi and Agrari. Our tour was in the morning from 10am to 2pm. Our guide Takis was really friendly and great to chat to, and he was also knowledgable about the island - we felt like we learned a lot from our tour as well as having lots of great photo opportunities. Great morning out!

This was our second time in Mykonos as this was a stop on our Mediterranean cruse. So instead of booking a shore excursion, we just walked around the port area, shopped, and had some snacks and a drink. It's a lively place in high tourist season.

Explore the most fabulous island of the Aegean Sea with the blue sky, the beautiful sugar houses and the amazing beaches. We start this tour by getting orientation and information in the labyrinth of the old town as well as impressions of the small port and the churches in town. Of course we will see the famous wind-mills. After this we are exploring the island with a bus, visiting some of the most famous beaches and the inner landscape. We see fishermen and kaikis, small private chapels and houses built in typical cycladic style. In the second main village of Mykonos, Ano Mera, an idyllic place 6km from town, you will have enough free time for a stroll around the traditional square and for a visit at the monk’s monastery of Panagia Tourliani, built in the 16th century. Next stop is Kalafatis beach where there is time to relax a little and have a coffee or a refreshment and to reach a place with a fantastic view all over the town and neighbour islands, before going back to town.

We enjoyed our tour and vegetarian breakfast. We managed to see a decent amount of Mykonos Town before meeting our guides which I guess can't be helped (unless the start of the tour is rearranged to be at the bus station, but then again it depends which way the tour group will be coming from!). So that was my only critique. Everything else was great, the information shared, the recommendations for local vendors and the enthusiasm for Mykonos.
