So splendid was medieval Verona that its reputation alone inspired Shakespeare to set two plays here (Romeo and Juliet and The Two Gentlemen of Verona). Though its connection to the actual Capulets is tenuous at best, the so-called Juliet's House draws half a million tourists per year, many of them keen on reenacting the balcony scene. Don't miss the Roman amphitheater and the Palazzo Barberi.

Two available accommodations. 1. A suite on the top floor of our house (attic), consisting of three rooms: a large room, a small room with a view of the Arena and a reading area, in addition to a bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The service is B & B, with self-service breakfast at the preferred time. 2. On the second floor of the same building, historical, recently restored and located a few meters from the Roman amphitheater, in the heart of the city, an independent apartment with three rooms (living room with balconies on the pedestrian shopping street, via Mazzini) and bedrooms - in addition to kitchen and bathroom (with shower, washing machine available), balcony with views of the Arena equipped with a small table and two chairs. Breakfast service is not provided here. Wooden floors, free wifi and air conditioning in both accommodations.
This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Verona. Few steps away from the Arena di Verona in piazza Bra !. Camilla the owner was very kind and helpful. We were a group of friends attending a concert at the arena and this place was just the perfect choice. Good value for money. Thumbs up.

The Villa offers an array of different solutions, ideal both for families willing to enjoy long holidays and for shorter stays for couples and solo travellers. The three rooms and the suite were all named after the last century’s watercolors gracefully hanging on their walls portraying the flowers of the garden – dahlias, geraniums, roses and zinnias. Every room, freshly decorated with original antique pieces of furniture, has both air conditioning and fireplace, private bathroom and a delightful view on a particular glimple of the garden. The suite is equipped with an autonomous kitchen – ideal for long stays – and a living room with a cozy sofa bed to lodge up to four people.
Everything about our stay was simply perfect. It is a wonderful property with interesting history, beautifully renovated, in a great location, super quiet and relaxing atmosphere. What makes it extra special is the hospitality and kindness of the owner, Maddalena. Breakfast was super delicious with home made bread, orange marmelade, coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and so much more. Every morning we got some great tips and advice on how to make the best out of our stay in Verona. I am so happy we discovered this villa, I cannot wait to come back for more ☺️ Grazie mille Maddalena y Serena!

Palazzo Ponte Pietra is set in the wonderful atmosphere of romanticism, art, culture and music that the city of Verona offers. Located in the historic center of Verona, just 20 meters from the romantic Ponte Pietra, this recently renovated apartment is equipped with special “luxury mattress” mattresses to assure you the most comfortable rest. Palazzo Ponte Pietra is equipped with free WIFI, air conditioning, flat-screen TV and kitchen. The 3 bedrooms and the bathroom with bath are located on the upper floor, on the ground floor there is the living area with a kitchen area and a second bathroom. Palazzo Ponte Pietra has a coffee and cappuccino machine available; guests receive 1 capsule per day for free. The kitchen comes with a kettle to prepare teas and herbal teas, available to our guests complimentary. The master bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV. The Wifi internet connection system is accessible through a QR code, available at home and anticipated by mail / Whatsapp. With a pleasant stroll through the romantic streets of the city you will arrive at Juliet's House, Piazza Erbe with its flea markets and the Arena, where there are many restaurants, bars and shops offering typical products and clothes of the best Italian brands.

Poi, in realtà…

Welcome to Villa Mimosa. Structure, opened in April 2006. It has 6 charming rooms equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, TV, telephone, private bathroom, hairdryer and availability of new garage. We accept credit cards of the major international circuits.
Wonderful hotel. The hotel is very quiet. The rooms are in excellent conditions with very new furniture. Extremely clean and well kept. Breakfast was really good with a selection of cakes, very good brioches, cheese, speck and more. The coffee and cappuccino are done at the bar and not with those machines that some hotels have. The hotel is a bit far from the center however there are many parkings in Verona at a reasonable price. I would stay again

This small ‘B and B’ consists two apartments in a great location a short walk from the heart of Verona and 10mins walk from the railway station. Our apartment was on the ground floor with a bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom. It was clean and very nicely decorated. This apartment came stocked with plentiful food for breakfast (cheese, hams, eggs, cereal, bread and pastries), had a coffee pod machine, microwave and toaster. We were met by the cleaner who checked us in and offered to get anything else needed, including free cleaning during our stay if desired - all we would need to do is contact the owner via text. The apartment is situated just off the main tourist traps of Verona and there are some exceptional local restaurants to eat a short walk from the apartment. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay here and would whole heartedly recommend to any couple wanting to visit Verona.

Villa Avesa is an exclusive residence situated on the top hills overlooking the city of Verona. The location is unique: a path of cypresses takes you to this magnificent property with vines and olive trees, terraces and gardens on various levels, each more intimate one then the other, not forgetting the superb panoramic swimming pool. What surprises the visitor is at first the care given to the furnishing of the villa: in the living and dining rooms, the bedrooms, the bathrooms, each object, contributes to determine the style of the house. Villa Avesa has different areas in the garden ideal for reading, meditation or just for pure relaxation while listening to music.
What a fabulous villa in the hills north of Verona. We were with 16 women and we all loved the authenticity of the house. Especially with a large group, this is the perfect place, because you have three floors, with all different rooms, places to relax and many bathrooms. It is just a 8 minute walk to the little town of Avesa, where you can get a coffee and there is a small supermarket. Tnx so much host Filiberto for helping me organize the trip.

My friend and I booked the only ensuite room we could find on Expedia. We arranged for the check-in at 2pm, when we arrived the room was not ensuite and we had to share 2 bathrooms with 4 rooms. While asking to get the ensuite,we heard moaning from one room, and there was one creepy male customer hanging out in the corridor, which as 2 females in their 30s we didn't feel comfortable with. Mind me ,if we had got our own bathroom we wouldn't have cared. The ensuite room was not available, so we wanted to cancel. The policy on Expedia was free cancellation before 12pm, and after that it was up to the property. The staff was very kind and understanding, she tried to call the manager who didn't want to hear about it and didn't want to refound anything. I don't know what happened to our booking as I'm 200% sure I booked the right room, maybe a technical issue. Either way there was no way we would stay there. Extremely disappointed by the management because the location was great and the hotel looked clean.

A very good balance for all aspects. Very easy to reach, parking inside and few minutes from downtown, all for a very affordable price. Large rooms and clean, and super quite during the night. Definitely a place to remember for my next stop in Verona.
