Beautiful and cozy
Reviewed By Amyliz91Absolutely 5 star accommodation. We booked 2 nights here and extended for 2 extra nights because we loved it so much. Lovely rooms and communal areas with everything that you could possibly need. Spotless, clean and tidy. The location is perfect in the old town and super quiet at night. Really comfortable bed and excellent shower. I highly recommend!

Conveniently placed nice and friendly hotel
Reviewed By Dubravka MThis year (2019) I made several business trips to Kotor, and stayed four times two or three nights in this place, situated in Dobrota, a part of Kotor. Location of this hotel is very good in many respects. We needed less than ten minutes of walk to the local Court and less than fifteen to the center of the old town, where there are the municipal building, archives and other places of my interest. The hotel is almost on the beach, and several pretty good places for lunch/dinner or coffee are nearby, 1-5 minutes, and many more a bit further. There is a large supermarket at about 10 minutes. The building is nice, the breakfast area is ample and pleasant, the rooms are clean and tidy, just there is no elevator for the two upper floors (I did not mind, but someone could). There is an outside breakfast place in a small court, too. The employees there are wonderful and very helpful, and the owner, too. I have found a real good place for my business trips.

Excellent Stay in Kotor
Reviewed By FoothillTravelersWe really enjoyed our stay at Villa Ivana! The check in was easy, location great and our apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was new and nicely decorated. the "free" parking is on public street, but we were able to find it. Would definately recommend!!

Reviewed By up801645Stayed here for 3 nights and great place to admire beautiful bay of kotor. Apartment is very spacious and clean. 1 negative however is the bed is uncomfy. Its an hours walk to old town but 5 mins in taxi. Howver the bay is on your doorstep and views from balcony are breathtaking. Tip if you walk to the supermarket (5mins) the beach behind is a real find. You can rent chairs and umbrella for 10€ for the day and kayak for only 5€. Perfect location for a lazy day on the bay. Last thing of note. Host and staff very friendly and accommodating. Arranged a transfer from airport for us and this was great price. Thanks for lovely few days would definately return

Reviewed By sussa69This has got to be the worst place we have ever stayed. Holes in the sheets, broken lights, smelly towels and the rudest owner I have ever come across. We took the room for one night at 4.30 pm, came back at 11.30 pm to be told we must check out at 9 am. We have never checked out at this hour and were not informed of this on check in. Absolutely appalling and the cat was eating fish heads in the main dining room. Don’t bother with this place.

Reviewed By ivalue334753Загородный дом Guesthouse Grotta Di Nicola находится в маленькой рыбацкой деревне Доброта, на берегу Которского залива. Из окон трехэтажного дома, где на каждый этаж предусмотрен отдельный вход, открывается бесподобный вид на бухту. Хозяева (муж с женой) встретили нас по-приезду, показали наши апартаменты, которые располагались на первом этаже, а также предложили трехчасовую экскурсию в Голубую пещеру на катере, чем мы в дальнейшем воспользовались и ни сколько об этом не пожалели. Проживание в данном доме было очень комфортным: нас не беспокоили ни хозяева, ни другие отдыхающие. Не смотря на то, что рядом с домом проходила дорога, было очень тихо, казалось, что вокруг нет ни души. На ухоженной территории загородного дома есть небольшой сад , в котором растут гранаты, мандарины и даже оливы. У дома есть свой пирс с лежаками, где можно загорать и наслаждаться красотой Которского залива. Довольно часто в бухту заплывают огромные круизные лайнеры, преимущественно из Италии. Поблизости есть два магазина и четыре ресторана, расплатиться везде можно картой. До Котора 3 км: можно доехать на такси за 3 евро, а можно дойти пешком за 40 минут. Нам очень понравилось в этом сказочном местечке Черногории и мы с удовольствием вернемся ещё!

Run as fast as you can
Reviewed By anjayoI visited this place in July 2017. If you are a TV or internet addict do not stay here. They only have Russian, Persian and Turkish channels, no local channels or BBC, Eurosport etc. Also if you want an Internet connection you literally have to stand or sit next to the reception desk to have access to Wi-Fi. The connection in my room, which was on top-level floor, was very poor. If you are a light sleeper, definitely do not stay here, as the air conditioner clunks like crazy! The noise is so annoying that you are forced to turn the AC off, and then you can’t sleep, due to hot temperature in the room. Talk about heat! The balcony was not sheltered from the sun at all, and if you like spending time sitting on the balcony watching the sunset, you can forget about it because this is only possible early in the morning and late at night. This Villa is located 200 meters from the beach, but you have to go uphill, which is not pleasant at 38 degrees Celsius, to say the least. Also if you visit this place bring some of your own towels, ‘cause they change them every three days and make sure to bring your own hair-drier. For breakfast we had the same four meals every day. The two good things about this place are spacious parking place and that the place is very peaceful and quiet.

Забронировали на 28 дней за 1150 евро по невозвратному тарифу для мамы, отменили через 8 минут, когда при покупке авиа билетов выяснилось, что загран. паспорт закончился пол года назад. Номер был сдан через 2 часа, принимающей стороне было предложено букинг.ком (мой уровень джениус) удержать 150 евро как штраф или перенести бронирование на следующий год, ответ был получен через две недели с отказом. Нормальные они люди???

Reviewed By fred2944Hôtel bien rénové face à la mer avec une terrasse ombragée pour le restaurant. L'accueil est à l'étage. Les chambres ont une petite fenêtre donnant un air monacale mais sont fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner est inclus et est complet.
