REALLY POOR VILLA EXPERIENCE
Reviewed By MillsejohnThey claim to be 5 star. More like 3 star. Actually a nice resort but appallingly managed. How can they rent out a 3 bedroom villa with no kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses and ovens that don’t work. The villa was not clean, the pool needed a good clean. Other villas we’ve stayed at in Danang are fully kitted out. When this was pointed out all I got was, ah they’re a different concept. What a joke of a place.

Great experience at Five Villas!
Reviewed By 777kcl10/10 experience! Newly built villa hence rooms were very clean, modern and nice! Room layout was good and the bed and pillows were so comfortable - one of the best I’ve experienced! Few minutes walk to the beach, and this section of the beach felt very exclusive and private as it is not crowded at all. Good spread of intercontinental buffet at the neighboring connected hotel. For days we weren’t able to get breakfast coupons, an in-villa breakfast was arranged for us. Service is also exceptional. We were the first international guests and they made us feel very welcome. Special shout out to Mike who went above and beyond to help us with all types of queries and requests. Truly thoughtful! Pls note however that the villa is located around ~20 mins from the popular my khe beach area. Presently there is nothing much around the place yet. However I would still HIGHLY recommend for all its pros and as a private sanctuary. You can always easily get around with grab / hired driver :)

We had a deluxe two bedroom it came with a kitchen sink and stove top also had a mini fridge and a washer. the shower was a bit small and i bumped myself a bit but it was super cute and the room was well kept and clean. There are no elevators so good thing there are only two floors. We so happened to be on the second floor but the staff is always on hand and ready to help with anything you might need. Breakfast was buffet style and it was good. Also I did leave my first aid kit with all of my medication and they contacted me right away fortunately for me I was headed to Hanoi and they shipped it out to me. Communications was excellent!

A cozy boutique hotel with walking distance to the beach

It has a small rooftop pool that is perfect for a dip and relaxation, the rooms are cozy with a touch pf vietnamese design and modern. The staff where friendly and rooms where very clean. I would absolutely recommend this hotel if you want something different and value for your money.

Tam House is located on a corner where you can run far away from the dusk of the city. The location is best for those loving a quietness and peace, particularly in favor of a family or a couple who would like to have a nice time together. It takes about 400 meters from Tam House to My Khe beach – the most amazing beach in Da Nang. How easy it is to spend 7 minutes driving along a center of the city from Tam House as well. The special thing is the blue pool with seawater which is truly good for your health. The Pool is 22 meters in length and surrounded by green spaces and large land for children playing. Tam House welcomes you with all our warmness!!!

The endless outdoor activities and gorgeous scenery was way beyond my expectations.. The food is out of this world delicious. And once again because it cannot be said enough the Director of tha park Son and the staff here really made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. If you have a chance and want a break from the hectic city life this is definitely the place for you..

Lovely Villa by the beach
Reviewed By CelineSEI had wanted to book a room not too close to all the noisy 24h hotel construction sites going on the main road across the beach. Bau Villa was a perfect place to stay as it's at the quiet end of the main strip of My Khe beach, maybe a 10min walk. Please note that it's not downtown or close to any nightlife or convenience stores, but there are awesome seafood restaurants nearby! The villa itself was lovely, with really large, cozy rooms full of sunshine. Thank you to our very kind family - staff. They were so very kind and helpful for the duration of our stay! Would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed By easont527這是間在度假村裡面的私人VILLA，到達櫃檯時竟然查不到訂房資料，因為是私人VILLA，渡假村的櫃台沒紀錄，又聯絡不到房東，搞半天最後聯繫上是管家來帶，房子很多設備都老舊，訂十人房只有八張床，加床的床墊竟然是單人的，整個入住過程搞得很麻煩不愉快，最後飯店房東為了彌補我們，說要請我們吃早餐但是要在訂房網給予十分的評價。最後終於明白這樣感受差勁的VILLA評價怎會將近滿分
