I stayed here with my partner at the end of May. Overall a great hotel with its own beach, golf course (didn't manage to try out as I have a broken foot but at a glance looks a nice course to play, fairly challenging with the 9th by the looks of it running alongside the beach) and a big pool to relax by. All staff really helpful and friendly, with good albeit pricey food. Two main criticisms are that it is a bit out of the way if you're wanting to be in quick walking distance from amenities, and as a consequence the hotel could do with a shop on site to buy food/drinks etc. This was my first holiday away with my girlfriend so I don't have much to compare this to in the way of price. It felt expensive, so maybe do more research if you want to find out value for money. Personally, I felt I had a great time so the holiday and the money was definitely worth it.

Hotel rooms weren't as advertised on booking. Com they were much smaller and hard beds too. Very different from what we saw to what we got.. Air con was turned on at night when we arrived and woke up with what was like black Ash all over me it mustn't be cleaned regularly. The only bonus we had was that it was a 2 or 3 minute walk to the beach.

What can I say. Stunning hotel in a stunning location with fabulous staff. Rooms were amazing. Beds so comfortable as were the pillows. Bed linen and towels were lovely and soft. Free parking and Wifi. Restaurant on site with fantastic food. Continental breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here. Views are breathtaking although the road up is a little hair-raising.

Villa Lorena offers a charming stay in the most exclusive area of Málaga. It may be small in scale, since we have only seven rooms, but our service and hospitality are great. The villa has a garden with private pool and common areas with all the commodities. The beach is just five minutes walking and, the historic city centre and the new harbour are just half an hour walking, we can take a nice walk there, while you enjoy the sun and the sea breeze. Parking in the area is easy and free, but if you are willing to explore the city, we have free bikes for our guest. You can also enjoy our free Wi-Fi in all the areas of the villa, including our gardens.
A very warm welcome upon arrival. No standard hotel feeling but a real personal approach and guidance during the stay. Nice breakfast and rooms are well equipped. Easy and very regular bus connections down town Malaga , requiring an 8 minute walk. Walking downtown is only half an hour.

I booked this hotel on the 31st May 2021, for a two night stay on the 13th and 14th May 2022 via booking.com. On the 6th May, my credit card was charged for the full amount. On the 11th May I received a message from booking.com that the hotel "could no longer accommodate me due to overbooking". Overbooked? With such a long standing reservation? So why take the payment? This is the weekend of the biggest event in Ronda; the 101 kms 24h La Legion, so all the accommodation for miles around was booked, or at an eye-watering premium. So I ended up sleeping in the sports-centre floor, not in the bed I had reserved 50 weeks prior, and had paid for 5 days ago. I wasn't contacted by the hotel at any point, so obviously what appears to have happened, is that my room was callously resold for more money. Leaving me out of pocket, albeit temporarily, and under stress due to the proximity of my stay. I had to talk my way into staying at the sports centre, my only other option was to sleep in the car. I'd avoid dealing with people like this, as they could easily pull the rug out from under your trip at any time. ...gentuza...

Villa Marina is a direct owner of 14 villas located in a beachside village with a direct access to the beach. Each villa has 2 private pools, wifi, private garden, parking and everything you may need for your stay with a group.
Myself and several friends rented two villas in the Villa Marina resort at the end of May 2022. From my initial inquiry about booking right up throughout our stay until we left, the hostess Eneli was amazing. Any requests we had while we were there, we were looked after immediately. The villas are 5 star and in an amazing location - 5 minutes walk along the beach up to the port where there are so many restaurants and bars. Will definitely be returning here on our next visit. Would recommend for any type of trip, family/friends/couples. It caters for everything. 10/10!
