A beautiful, unforgettable voyage through stunning scenery, we sailed south from Puerto Montt in February 2020. Great atmosphere on board, good food, plenty of time to relax and watch the passing landscapes. Would do it again without hesitation. As for alcohol, you can bring it aboard, no one checks, but the crew leaders ask that you don't drink in public. We had cocktails in our cabins! The Navimag 'Evangelistas' is to be replaced with a new ferry ship by mid-2020, and I rather suspect many will remember the modest but comfortable cabins and dining on what is a working ferry craft, an experience unique and apart from international luxury cruising. The crew were great, and their evening briefings amusing and informative.
