After a few days in Buenos Aires, we went to see Federico and made arrangements to meet him on our way to the airport for our flight to Patagonia. He kindly opened the store early for us and efficiently processed the drop off. We were able to leave our summer clothes behind and move on with lighter suitcases. Great service! Gracias Federico!

Pickup Buenos Aires offers what is a big rarity in Argentina, outstanding customer service. I was arriving in Buenos Aires with my 2 month old child and was in search of a company that offered transport and supplied a infant carseat and I came across their well set up website. From the start there was great communication and a secure payment method through PayPal. I ended up having the same driver for all the trips I booked in with them, she was fabulous!
