Louisiana tourism is centered on New Orleans and the North Shore region in the southeastern corner of the state near the Florida border. Stop by Abbeville to view the courthouse designed by Hayes Town, St. Mary Magdalen Church, and have a seafood meal. Shreveport and Bossier City in northwest Louisiana are casino and entertainment centers. Shreveport is renowned for hosting the Louisiana State Fair in the fall. 28 passenger for high school event. 4.5 hour ride one way but this was a round trip event. Bus was clean, leather reclining seats. One seating is about the size of a seat on a flight or maybe a litter bigger. Storage on the outside back of the bus. The bus driver Mr Larry was very professional and on time. Made stops as we requested. I would definitely use them again.

Our party of 7 used NOLA Black Car round trip to airport recently. The vehicle was immaculate, our driver Mohamed was professional , punctual & pleasant. He was happy to stop so we could load up on provisions for our 5 day stay at our VRBO..assisted in loading & unloading our large amount of groceries & Luggage...This company also communicates well regarding updates on drivers location & arrival time so you never have to wonder where the driver is or if pick up is on schedule. EXCELLENT experience!!!!!!

Barbara and Eric were absolutely wonderful!!! They were prompt and efficient....but most importantly, patient and understanding in arranging round trip airport transportation for our party of six...including 2 children....and tons of luggage! They provided our choice of 2 car safety seats for our 5 year old.....AND a stuffed teddy bear!! How sweet and thoughtful! They were so welcoming...we immediately felt like old friends! And when we had some difficulty with the entry code to access our accommodations, Barbara stayed with us until the problem was resolved...,,just to make sure we were ok. I HIGHLY recommend Big E Transportation Services to anyone traveling within NOLA!! Thank you Barbara and Eric!!!

I'm a Travel Agent from Ga and I planned an All girls birthday trip. I had been speaking back and forward with Rueben for over 5 months as I prepared for this amazing trip and to my surprise he did not let me down. I attended this trip as well and was greeted with a welcome sign by Mr. Bernard that had my company logo on it as well as a sign saying Happy Birthday to the birthday girl. Not to mention he gave us beads and a cake from a local bakery. He also gave us beads then we were greeted by the driver Harold who welcomed us with with a very pleasant smile. Harold was our driver for the entire weekend, he had many suggestions of where to eat as well as where to find entertainment. The next day Harold arrived 45 mins early to insure that we would make it to our dinner cruise on time. While we were running late, he made sure that he got us there on time. We were greeted the next day by Harold to take us to our Swamp tour. Bernard Transportation went out of their way to make 2 separate roundtrip airport drop offs due to different flight departures. At the end of this trip Mr. Bernard greeted us at our hotel to make sure that we had an awesome experience. This was more than amazing.
