Marco’s customer service skills are of top quality. We were a party of 6, ages ranged from 10 to 72. We were in Cozumel on a cruise stop so had limited time for sightseeing. Marco drove us around in his clean, comfortable, air conditioned bus. He also provided complimentary drinks. Marco showed us some points of interest and landmarks before taking us to a chocolate and tequila factory, both of which were highly enjoyable and interesting. We wished to have fish for lunch so Marco took us to a casual cafe where we had ceviche and fried snapper. The food was so fresh and delicious. We also tried conch cooked in garlic sauce and it was divine! Thank you, Marco, for introducing us to this dish! For dessert Marco took us to an ice cream bar. The fruit popsicles were so refreshing that we asked to stop there again on our way back for seconds. Marco dropped us off safe and sound with plenty of time to reboard our ship. Thanks to Marco, Cozumel was one of the highlights of our holiday!
