Our tour started with the pick up from our hotel at Galle fort. Roshan was so friendly and extremely informative. Had a wonderful day with new friends, enjoying the scenery and hiking the Rainforest. This should be in everyone's list when visiting Sri Lanka. Loved the added bonus of Tea factory visit. Guide Wigitha made the day amazing. Although no rain in the rainforest ,this day made the hike a bit less slippery, the flora, fauna and the waterfall -- all made a lovely day. One of our Dreams was to swim under the waterfall, and we got a chance to do it here. Transportation was comfortable and efficient, and the lunch was delicious. Would highly recommend this tour and also this tour company.

Our holiday rep booked a safari day for us before we left England. It was an absolutely fantastic day out we hadn’t realised it was a private tour just for us so that was a bonus. Sam the manager rang us the evening before we went to confirm times and drivers name. We had Dinesh who was amazing he picked us up at 5 am and we got back after 6 pm. He pointed out lots of interesting facts on our journey too. We decided we would go to Galle the following week so messaged Sam to see if we could book same driver and not do everything that was on the list and it was no problem. We did Galle fort then silk factory and tsunami museum which was all very interesting. We stopped to have some lunch on the way back to hotel. Would highly recommend this company. If we come back to Sri Lanka again will certainly be using them. Thank you very much Sam and Dinesh Sarah and Chris.

1) The booking was through Viator, but was subcontracted to a local tour company, which in turn subcontracted it another travel company with its driver! (and the driver hardly speaks any English, so don't expect any guidance from him) And worse, Viator doesn't have online support / email contact, so you'll have to call them long-distance if you need any support. There's no CS to complain to or ask for a compensation, let alone write a review on their website. 2) Although the itneary says 3 admission fees are included, our driver told us otherwise. We had to pay all admissions. And the admissions are expensive ranging from USD 30-50. With the busy schedule we usually had to pay for 3 admissions per day which equal to USD 90-150 per day. 3) In Anuradhapura we were handed to a "tour guided" for a one hour guided tour. He demanded the admission fee of USD 30 (but obviously he didn't purchase the ticket, just bribed the people to let us in) and then a guiding fee of USD 20 per person. A classic scam! 4) Some hotels were not up to standard. The sheets and pillow were dirty with pest, some with broken windows, no WIFI etc. Having said all these, Sri Lanka is a beautiful place and the people are really nice. Only that one has to slowly explore this place, not rushing through it in a week trying to see all the places at one go. You'll just end up spending most of your time in the car. And the driver will just bring you to all the greedy people who only want to extract all the money from you. Beware!
