I couldn’t put correct date on this review - I did this tour with my two children in August 2019 and originally posted it then. I have had a message to say that I had posted it under the wrong company (one with a very similar name). I would like to re-post the review as we had such a brilliant day with our guide and would like to recommend the tour company to others whenever this type of activity goes ahead again! Our guide Ms Ivanova was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took in many places around the city and we also visited the Uffizi in the afternoon. I was with my children aged 6 and 9 and both really enjoyed this day. They felt included and learned a lot. The guide met us at the times planned and gave plenty of opportunities for questions and were able to answer any queries. Everything was organised well and went smoothly. We were unable to book a tour inside the Duomo but actually this one which took us all the way around the outside and to other fascinating parts of the city was perfect for my family.

Spectacular excursion on Monte Bianco aboard Skyway futuristic cable car that leads from Courmayeur to Punta Helbronner station at 3.500m aboard a heated and rotating cabin. The climb is divided in two parts: the first one reaches 2.000m of Pavillon du Mont Frety where will have lunch, the second one instead reaches the highest point at Punta Helbronner where are located several observation decks where you can admire Dente del Gigante, Cresta di Rochefort and the spectacular glaciers on the mountain. A day full of emotions at high altitude and enogastronomic high quality experiences to appreciate the extraordinary on the top of Europe. You can choose to leave in the morning, go up to the highest point, go down to the Pavillon for lunch and then to the base. Or have lunch at the Pavillon and spend the afternoon at altitude and get off at the cableway closure. Don't miss this spectacular experience!
Inclusions: Skyway Ticket, 3-courses Lunch, “Buffet alpino” near the Pavillon du Mont Frety station

The lower Valle d'Aosta is one of the most renowned places for the production of wine. Among the highest mountains in Europe, the Valle d’Aosta Wine Route, called Route des Vins, wants to take you to the vineyards and wineries, telling you, directly from those who daily work the land with their own hands. Only passion can bear good fruit in difficult geographical and climatic situations, at altitudes where the sky touches with a finger. In e-bikes we will cross roads immersed in the vineyards in order to better understand the real difficulties of harvesting on steep terrain and to admire unique landscapes. At the end of the tour we will visit and taste the wines of one of the most renowned wineries of Donnas.
Inclusions: Use of bicycle, Visit and tasting in the cellar, National MTB Instructor

More than 9 km to discover the Canyon de l'Enfer among hidden landscapes, gorges and waves for a single, long stretch of rafting navigation. A jewel shining in the heart of the Aosta Valley. You are in Pré Saint Didier.

Yes, the panorama was there, the pools (vasce con acqua calda e fredda) were there, making really relaxing atmosphere. The facility is really located like in fairytale. And there was corona ... ond there was 54 eur entrance and there was not sauna included, neither finnish nor turkish. Highly overpriced for swimming pool use only. It was also my birthday, so yes, I've got shaving kit and some peeling gel against cellulite??? I consider myself sporty person, but, what a hell, gift is a gift... So yeah... I' ve expected a bit more, at least one sconto su perzzo di bigleto. Better luck next time, I guess.

A fun excursion in a sleigh or horse-drawn carriage to safely enter the discovery of the Gran Paradiso National Park at an altitude of 1,680. The route goes into the woods inside the Park, offering participants the chance to observe flora and fauna - the driver uses sleigh or horse-drawn carriage depending on the season and snow conditions - the itinerary and duration of the activity do not change - and sight the many mammals and rapacious that populate this corner of the Alps. In the intermediate seasons it is easy to see herds of ibex and chamois stationed in the pastures above. The tour is followed by a lunch with a tasting menu from the Aosta Valley on a farm to sample the local specialties at km 0. This activity is suitable for couples and families with children of any age. Please note that the excursion starts at 11 am and lasts 45 minutes, lunch will be at 12:30 pm at La Barme Hotel Ristorante.

As a family of three, we were excited to go on the 7 day northern lakes and Dolomites tour - especially as it would be very difficult to visit these areas by ourselves (visiting from Australia and not confident driving/getting around to these areas). The tour started well, we were the only English speakers but we had been assured our guide would provide fluent English commentary. Perhaps we expected too much but there was very little information provided about where we were or where we were travelling through. In fact, the first three days we received very limited information in total while the Spanish speakers were provided with much more. We visited some stunning places but too much of the tour focused on lunch breaks and eating rather than seeing the sights. Halfway through the tour more English speakers joined the group bit we still had to seek information rather than being provided with it on some occasions. The bus was too big for navigating city streets and mountain switchbacks - the driver often had to reverse and try multiple times to get around corners and switchbacks. I felt very sorry for him - he did a marvelous job but it would have been so much easier for him and much more enjoyable for us if we weren't concerned about falling off the side of a mountain. The company can't seem to decide whether they are catering to small groups or large and this has a huge impact on the enjoyment of the tour. In Trento we were advised that we would have several hours and could visit the castle. After paying for admission and entering we were then advised that because it was raining some people didn't want to stay so we were cutting the visit short - this should never happen! We then had to get back on the bus only to stop at a truck stop for lunch (instead of staying in lovely Trento). There wasn't really any point to having the guide as he did not provide much "guiding" only very limited information and directions to places he thought we should go and eat. We would have done as well with just the driver. If you can navigate your way around the northern lakes and Dolomites by yourself then I recommend you do that. Otherwise, perhaps a different company would provide a better tour.
