What a great day - my husband and I were picked up from our hotel in Bangkok by our tour guide Mr Chan. He was a great driver, guide, spoke good English, made sure we had enough water and bathroom stops and went out of his way to make our trip amazing. Chachoengsao is about an hour's drive out of Bangkok, but well worth the visit. We visited a local market, saw some incredible statues and temples, had a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, relaxed during a boat ride down the Bang Pakong River and visited the Wat Pho Bang Khla temple and Wat Paknam Jolo temple (golden temple). We really enjoyed the pace of the trip and also visiting an area that was not touristy. Thank you so much Mr Chan.

The pick process was horrible. The driver was waiting outside without notice that he had arrived. He should have had a sign up with my name on the lobby as the trip started about 30 minutes late. Afterwards everything was amazing. We requested not to go to the chocolate factory because of severe allergies we visited many other places such as a mushroom farm, sunflower farm and the PB valley vineyard. We didn't follow the set itinerary from TripAdvisor which was great and went to places we wanted to. In the end the driver was a nice guy, just needs more practice in pick ups.

May met us at our hotel which was quite out of the way. She took us to all the significant sites and provided a very good commentary. Her English was excellent. We rode the ferry to the flower market, and a Tuk tuk to the Grand Palace. We were supposed to have a 8 hour tour but because we were jet lagged we cut it short.

We used I Asia Thailand (we used them last year) and we rented a van with guide Woody and driver. We requested Woody after good comments and feedback. We did a 8 hour day trip and they were punctual, dressed well, excellent English and very informative. We started from Patong and made our way north before stopping for lunch and then east road back to the south to the many view points. The van was clean with great aircon and wifi!!!. We also had our own hand sanitiser and also wipes throughout the day. I would suggest and recommend I Asia Thailand to any family and friends. We would happily use their services again!

I stopped at this floating market, one of the last ones of it's kind, on my way to Kanchana Buri. It was very crowded with tourist and also with vendors. I walked around and took many photos of all the vendors floating on the canal, selling their food and vegetables. The sounds, sights and smells where amazing! I just loved sampling all the food and seeing the vendors. I had fried banana called Gluay Kaek which was delicious! It was a wonderful stop along the way to the River Kwai and I spent about 2 hours there, which was just enough time! Great for photo opportunities and shopping!

10. Khao Yai 2 Days Trip (Ground Package, without Hotel)

Bangkok, Thailand White Elephant Travel Asia

PRICES ARE LOWERED AS PER YOUR GROUP SIZE Firstly, which kind of group is this package suitable for? As we state we are a Modern Travel Agent and we are up to date with the current world, we have different packages suitable for different client groups. These particular ground packages are suitable for a family group who would like to book on their own hotels or more likely apartments or villas over Airbnb and other similar sites. If you are a medium to large sized family, obviously you want to save up where you can, so no point booking in a hotel that fits max 2-3 people in a room. Rather book for an apartment or villa that fits the entire family under one roof. Compromise on the hospitality service a little but of-course gain a lot of family bonding living together. So yes, if you are that family type, then these ground packages are just for you! Go ahead and book your accommodation on your own, and leave the rest of touring & transport to our professional hands.
