The scenery was breath taking and the guide was knowledgeable. I am a novice and this was above my fitness level. However, with the guidance provided, I did finish the return up hill ride. Part way back, my legs gave out from fatigue and when I stopped to walk up hill, I fell over. I was not injured except for some scratches.

The best guided tour I have ever been on was at the Normandy beaches. The tour cost us $550. divided among three of us. This tour of the Dolomites seems to be of equal quality. Good and better than good. BUT is it worth the price mentioned? Only those willing to pay your exhorbitant prices will be able to take the tour...which I would like to do as my father was born in Falcade in the midst of that area. The tour guide may be the nicest most informed person on the face of the earth, but the The Great Dolomites Road tour is way too expensive!

The vineyard also features a small BnB with a small restaurant (that serves a great breakfast) and rooms with French doors opening up to the olive trees and views of Verona city below. Splendid, splendid!! I stayed there one night with friends - the room was large, well appointed. The reception was friendly ('have a glass of bubbly in our lobby seating area while we review your passport, as per tourism rules' - how hospitable!). The bed was comfortable, the breakfast delicious.

The view from the garden was amazing. Jacopo was very informative about the wine making process, how to pair them with food, and how to tell the quality of the wines made in Italy. Each wine that he brought out had its own distinct flavor based on the process of how it was made and it made the experience more enjoyable. If you haven't had a chance to try some Italian wine but are interested, this is a great place to start!

I wanted to send a gift of wine to someone in Verona, and I reached out to Sara for help. She was extremely helpful and very generous with her time, and always replied quickly and kindly to all of my questions. With her excellent wine knowledge, she helped me put together a selection of local Italian wines and get them delivered (with no charge for the local delivery!). She even took the time to translate and hand write a beautiful letter to include with the wines. I can't say enough about her gracious professionalism. I look forward to a day when I can travel to Verona again and enjoy some of the wine and food tours that Sara and Virginia offer. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would!

The tour was really great - super interesting stories about Cinque Terre - amazing views and great spots for snorkeling! Really the only thing I would recommend is bring your own water - there was only one half liter bottle for each participant which was ok for our tour since it wasn't too hot, but otherwise it wouldn't have been enough. I definitly can recommend booking this tour - the boat is super clean and the crew extremely friendly! Thanks for this great trip!

Follow your local foodie, live a one-of-a-kind experience and, just like a real local, start your day in the right way drinking an authentic Italian espresso. After a very Italian beginning, a classic aperitif is waiting for you. You'll stop in one of the most traditional "Osterie" of the city, where you will savor some local products, such as Soppressa (a type of salami), Monte Veronese cheese and the famous meatballs from Verona. The next step will make your mouth water: enjoy a traditional dish and discover some local culinary traditions with your expert guide. Continue your visit in the food district of Verona, where the most "Osterie" and botteghe are located, and enjoy the great wines of the city. Then discover the aromas and main features of the traditional local wines, such as the Valpolicella red wine, or the white wines coming from the East of Verona and Lake Garda. Finally, stop in an historical Gelateria to taste an artisanal Gelato to refresh your mouth.

My husband and I did the private Online Fresh Pasta and Tiramisù Cooking Class today and it was simple incredible. It was our first cooking class of any kind and it was perfect. So well paced, easy to follow along, and fun! It felt so natural at times I forgot we were on Zoom. Definitely recommend, and would do it again.
