My fiancée and I booked a small group tour around Loch Ness with Lynda and I was blown away by how much we saw in such a short amount of time. The tour is a perfect length - 4 hours - which gave us enough time see loads but also not be on a tour bus for 12 hours straight. We were lucky enough to have the entire van to ourselves, and Lynda was absolutely lovely - pointing out interesting facts, historical information and the odd folk story here and there. She was flexible and catered the tour to what we wanted to see, and even took some snaps of us at various locations! An absolute gem of a tour and Lynda is just fantastic. Would highly recommend if visiting the highlands for the first (or any) time!

I wanted to book a trip where myself and my husband were the only passengers but I wasn’t paying stupid money, and this trip fitted the bill. We had an excellent trip with George, who went out of his way to find us as many distilleries as he could. Unfortunately because of coronavirus many had shut their doors to visitors. Unsurprisingly none of the distilleries we did visit were doing tours of where they do production, but the ones we visited for tastings were well worth it. The highlight for us was Glenmorangie. We’d highly recommend a day with George, a true gent and Highlander.

There is no better way to see and hear about the views, culture and history as you travel the whole way round the Famous Loch (and it is a loch not a lake) than from a kilted Highlander. On this tour George will transport you through time and back again.

We had a brilliant time visiting Eilean Donan castle and the Isle of Skye. We were a small party due to Covid 19 and everything was well thought out to ensure social distancing, hand sanitising etc. Chris our driver/guide was friendly and extremely knowledgeable with lots of stories thrown in too. It was a long and thoroughly enjoyable day and we would love to return one day.

Andrew gave us the best experience on a trip out to Cawdor Castle from Inverness. He was on time, helpful with my elderly mother, kind, full of knowledge and just plain welcoming. He picked us up at our B&B in Inverness, promptly at the time arranged, told us all about the castle during our drive out there, and told us if we needed more time at the castle, to just let him know and he could adjust as needed. On the way back to Inverness, since it was my mother's first time in Scotland, he drove us by Culloden battlefield to take a look at the site as well as the hairy coos there at no extra charge, even though we were his last trip for the day and it took time out of his own personal schedule. He was a gentleman in the truest sense of the word and I would highly recommend him and his car services and tours to anyone who visits the area. The prices were reasonable, the service outstanding and you definitely won't be disappointed.

Me and my friend are both lovers of the Highlands and on our first trip we were so lucky to end up staying at Jamie and Heather’s! We had such a great time that we decided to visit again a year after (beginning of 2020). The tours with Jamie are exceptional, you still get to see the more touristic bits such as the Clava Cairns and Loch Ness but always connected to a more sustainable and therefore exclusive (and breathtaking) trail. Ullapool, Corrieshalloch Gorge, Inchnadamph Bone Caves, Glen Affric to name a few. He is the perfect mix between knowledgeable and fun, and he and Heather (and the gorgeous little ones) make you really feel at home, so we’ll definitely keep coming back as soon as the situation allows it! ♥️
