In the business complex, 10 new comfortable and refined apartments for holiday farm have been acquired. They are all soberly and perfectly furnished, have from two to five beds and can be used throughout the year, as “naturally” heated, thank to an underwater source of hot water. From the Isola Augusta Agritourism, you can reach in few minutes the beach of Lignano Sabbiadoro, the Stella River with its suggestive canal course, also navigable by canoe, the Palladian Villa Manin of Passariano, the avifauna oasis of Marano Lagunare, the rinding school and the 18-holes Golf Club of Lignano Riviera. Isola Augusta is also 3/4 hour by highway from Venice and Trieste and 3 minutes from the motorway exit of Latisana.
Perfect for a stop-over
Reviewed By LottalebenWe were welcomed very friendly with a glass of prosecco. The apartment was perfectly equipped and we enjoyed the fact that after the long ride in the car, the kids could play outside after we enjoyed an amazing dinner in the restaurant on site.

Reviewed By ecto77Proprio in una delle viuzze del centro si apre questo ampio bilocale con ampia cucina rustica e giardino, possibilità di lasciare l’auto nel posto coperto o nei diversi posteggi liberi attorno. Una gentilissima signora vi accoglie in una struttura che potrebbe essere l’ideale per soggiornare indipendenti, ma della quale purtroppo lei si è un pò dimenticata… Parti della cucina usurate o rovinate, colazione fai te con prodotti industriali, merendine e burro scaduti; bagno con lavatrice al posto del bidet che non cè! Arredi camera da letto retrò, con letti separati che impediscono di usare lenzuola matrimoniali. Gli armadi della camera e della cucina sono ricolmi di suppellettili inutilizzate della proprietaria, magari sono a disposizione degli ospiti, ma questa come altre cose nel contesto fanno pensare più ad un rustico adibito a locale secondario della casa soprastante, eventuale foresteria di fortuna per sprovveduti avventori, non certo un BeB o simile. Non che ormai sia un dramma, ma WiFi non pervenuta...

A jewel in a very unexpected location
Reviewed By LoriinsrqDriving through an industrial area to find this gem of a hotel was such a wonderful surprise. The hosts, Loris and Elena di Cosatti, take care of you as if you were guests at their home. The property is beautifully appointed with rustic wagons, flowers, a koi pond, a lazy "river" with two swans, a pool and serenity. A serene property amongst the industrial warehouses. Once inside, there are no traces of industry left, just beauty and relaxation. A perfect spot for a wedding, whether inside or out. The restaurant is set up and the decor is perfect for a romantic wedding. The rooms are each appointed with their own unique decor and are both comfortable and charming (we had two rooms). Cannot say enough about this place. If you are visiting that area, it is a breath of fresh air and conveniently situated just off the highway, centrally located with easy access to Udine (a 10 minute drive), to Venice (a 1 hour drive), to Austria (a 2 hour drive), to Trieste (a 45 minute drive). You cannot beat the price for the rooms either. Family friendly, romantic, unique and independent. An Excellent value for the money, even at twice the price!

Che dire, abbiamo solo complimenti per i proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire ospiti graditissimi, ci hanno consigliato posti bellissimi da vedere in montagna, un ristorante da leccarsi i baffi e in primis ci hanno accolti nella loro bellissima dimora in una maniera impeccabile. La stanza con il bagno anesso era luminosa , pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort e siccome ad agosto faceva caldissimo la titolare ci faceva trovare la stanza sempre fresca con l' aria condizionata accesa. Il b&b è vicino ad Udine che è una città che merita assolutamente una o più visite per il suo centro storico e la movida serale.

Reviewed By Christina-ElisabethaI stayed for 2 nights, had an excellent, spacious room, good contact with the family, got valuable information and support for my hike and a tasteful breakfast; in addition I was shown how wine is made (I came in the middle of the work peak for the winemakers) and could taste the endproduct. All fully recommendable !

Reviewed By Stig TGreat place for relaxing with family and friends. As Only 5 rooms is available you be sure of calm period. Great historic building and swimming pool. Large Historical garden. The room was charming with its interieur from several decades ago. Great breakfast served in living room. Wifi is available in common area.

stunning romantic llittle flat
Reviewed By Parissima THad a lovely 2 nights in the 2-story Casa Galante flat. Location is great - not right in the center, but a beautiful short walk to get there. Also - near free parking! The owner was very sweet and explained all the flat to us. It is very compact and cozy but done in a lovely way, keeping the old brick walls, beautifully refurbished, with a very comfortable bed. flat was clean and temperature was great with the air condition and without (while very hot outside!). there was enough in the kitchen for a small italian breakfast (coffee, tea and cookies). Candles everywhere gave it a romantic feel. Would have liked to stay longer!

Bellissima vacanza!
Reviewed By kasiap40Luglio 2020. Abbiamo alloggiato in appartamento nr 1. Molto bello, con la terrazza tutta nostra. Casa in generale è molto ben curata, pulita,ben attrezzata. Non manca nulla. La proprietaria molto disponibile e gentile. Piscina piccola ma bella e pulita. Posto tranquillo, un po lontano dal mare ma con la bici si arriva in un attimo! Ci torneremo sicuramente! Lignano è stupenda!!! ❤️.
