Reviewed By CherylV430This beautiful Villa is paradise! Upon arrival we were greeted with the utmost kindness and warm, welcoming smiles. I instantly felt as if walked into my home away from home. The owners, Patrick and Dewi, went above and beyond to make our experience all we imagined it to be! The care they took of us and the staff made me want to stay forever and join their family. I can’t express in words how thankful I am for meeting all the wonderful people within the Villa. The time spent at the this paradise was brief but it will remain in my heart and mind forever! On top of all of that, the yoga space is amazing, the gardens are magical, the pool is gorgeous, they have fantastic bikes to rent, it’s walking distance to the beach, they have a game room and gym, the food is delicious, the beds are extremely comfortable, it’s extremely clean, rooms are spacious, and I felt completely safe!!! It’s everything one could ever ask for! Thank you for all the memories, I hope to visit again soon!

Staff allowed us to check in earlier than stated and gave us a tour of the facilities . The bed was clean & comfortable and large room …. Beside pool area . I left my sunglasses and robe by the pool when we checked out and staff very helpful in me getting my items back … I marked it down slightly as the info in the blurb said breakfast which there wasn’t & TV was not operative ! Staff faultless x

Reviewed By naniku_sugiartihiii... here i would like to recomend this villa for staycation or vacation. all facility are complete, clean as we are requested, we came there for staycation due our business plan near nike villas, so i am happy to choose this villa... but just one thing need attention, at shower room we can not mix the hot water, it's maybe for next guest explain all the facilities during c/i process.. i would like to say thank u for ms. ayu and the other person in receptionist, she give us best service during we stay.. sure we will come back for holiday.. see u

Reviewed By Thierry BVery nice and hidden accommodation. Don't be scared when you arrive in front of the street. Behind the walls we experienced the typical Balinese hospitality (thank you Rika and your team), very quiet villa's, service on the spot. We enjoyed the outdoor shower. This facility is a typical 4 star property at very affordable rates. We personally prefer the lodge/villa concept compared to the big hotel resorts. Everything was less than 10 minutes walking (city, bars, beach...). Was everything perfect? probably not but for the rate we payed we got an outstanding service.

They ripped me off
Reviewed By delaney012016I had accommodations booked for 2020 just when covid hit. With flights halted and Bali closed we couldn’t go. We were assured by the Villa Manager that we could use our deposit to book for the following year or get a refund then if things hadn’t reopened. That was the start. I admit I felt sympathy for the people of Bali (despite the fact that my family have experienced financial hardship with covid also and my husband has had cancer) and so let myself be talked into extending my refund date. It’s been several years now of chasing this person in an effort to get our refund which was reasonable as no services whatsoever were provided. He makes promises then disappears. I’ve had enough. I told him I’d leave a full, honest review on TripAdvisor if he didn’t return my deposit. He assured me it would be attended to. That was about 2 months ago now. He’s disappeared again. I really don’t recommend booking accommodations at this villa. They take and (sneakily) refuse to refund your money despite providing no services. Also they effectively rip off cancer patients. Shame on them. I cannot imagine the scope of karma going the way of them and their villa. I do not recommend.

The staff are fantastic, the restaurant makes great meals both Indonesian and western. Breakfast was delivered to my room daily. My bed was folded down each night. I didn’t have to do anything, except write in this most tranquil, private villa. This is an authentic Balinese villa with outside living areas with fans and the bedroom has aircon. I can’t wait to stay here again. Andi is the manager and his communication is excellent. The location is excellent too and there is a supermarket close by, traditional Balinese markets if you want to do some bargaining, and many restaurants to choose from. There are also numerous spas and massage places close by. I would highly recommend this place for anyone. I have also been here with my family and there’s plenty of space for kids and a pool. I quite like the pool area. If you’re looking for hotel style accommodation this is not for you. If you are looking to immerse yourself in Balinese culture then this is the place

Villa well suited for family
Reviewed By arul sIt is a great place to stay specially travelling with young children. They do have a nice kitchentt to cook with utensils. The staff is efficient and they have quick service plus shuttle service around sanur. Also to our surprise they did serve us cocktail and mocktail with canapies. I liked the room and swimming pool which was big and clean. I certainly will stay here if i come back. They also have a tie up with few beach clubs where one can go and enjoy beach with sunbeds.

Bikes and scooters available to hire. Only niggle was air con in junior suite did not operate efficiently - too warm even on 28 deg. Definitely will stay again.
