Beautiful setting, rustic setting, quiet and peaceful
Reviewed By billsterbillReally lovely experience and wish we could have stayed more. Very quiet (except for the town dog) with stunning views and really old world setting. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful with tips for the area. Pros- views, hosts, the setting the quiet Cons. Really hot and not enough ventilation, lots of flies ( host said was unusual) so couldnt really open windows. Food was nice, simple, maybe a bit overpriced for a single choice but they were accommodating for vegetarian needs.

Charming, rustic & romantic!
Reviewed By travelingCAgalBeautuful, rustic hotel. We arrived at dusk and it was a self check-in. Our room was very small but with a beautiful view of the landscaped courtyard. The room was nicely furnished. They also had a mini refrigerator that was handy to keep a bottle of wine in! The breakfast in the morning was marvelous including Spanish omelette slices, fresh fruit, coffee, fresh squeezed juice, croissants, ham, cheese & yogurt. Although the reviews said the owner was knowledgeable of the area we could ask him no questions because he only spoke Spanish & we speak English. I would suggest you upgrade to a larger room if you stay there. Also, an oddity was the maid makes up your room while you are at breakfast even if you are checking out. My husband could not find the clothes he had hung in the bathroom. After searching the room we found some of them under the pillow on the bed! But he lost another shirt (which we think was under a different pillow?) Very beautiful rustic design & architecture made to resemble an old country farm house.

Reviewed By 313TonyCThe staff on this site are exceptional. The young lady cleaning the toilet/ shower block keeps it immaculate. She is always smiling and cheerful and seems ever present. Reception staff also helpful and friendly- in particular the gentleman on duty Sunday evening who “ went the extra mile” in helpfulness to retrieve my lost keys. In general, the site is very clean and well maintained- would definitely return. Thanks to all at Camping Medes.

The owners are wonderful people, and we enjoyed Catalonia food at both dinner and breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable, a fan would have made it even better to enjoy the cool of the evening. Three lodges in a Luxury s. XIV Masia (avalaible 4 to 30 persons). Indoor-pool with solarium, sauna, jacuzzi. Playground for the children with a 4 m trampoline jump, paddle court. Billard at les Voltes, a XII Century place. The small village of kla Nou, near to El Cad'ci is a very good centre of escursions by foot or bycile.

Reviewed By valeriel299We went out of season during the week and had all the installations to ourselves. The kids loved the game area and the pool, and the fact they could run around safely. The houses are very comfortable and nicely decorated with all mod cons. The place is very nice, a quite little village, with a couple of restaurants and a tiny shop. Lots of nice walks in the surrounding area, short walks in the woods with the kids, or longer treks in the mountains. The lady who took care of the houses was very nice and helpful. A very relaxing holiday!
