Brittany's dramatic 750-mile coastline traces a rugged hem against the chilly Atlantic. Attractions such as St-Malo's 1689 Fort National, the prehistoric ruins and striking beauty of Gavrinish Island and Brest's Oceanopolis aquarium cling to the rocky shoreline of France's most northwestern province. Nantes, Rennes and Brest are the largest cities. Rennes is just two hours from Paris by TGV. Breton and Gallo, the ancient languages of this Celtic province, are still spoken in pockets throughout the area.

I’ve been here for a couple days during a long weekend. This place is gorgeous, especially the garden, such a meticulous piece, I would say it’s like a Monet’s house in tiny scale! Lovely breakfast, I strongly recommend this place.

Stayed for two nights in this very modern welcoming and clean place. We were welcomed by Kevin who was the most generous and charming host. Breakfast was good, lots of jams, fresh bread and all the usuals. The place has a good feel and a very nice swimming pool with a wide terrace. We didn’t have time to enjoy them. We will certainly come back ! Thank you Cedric & Kevin

Everything as good as expected. Attentive staff, good food, a treat to stay overnight en route. Large room, well equiped. Dining in the very modern dining room - unexpectedly modern/cool decor!- excellent food as other reports lead us to expect. Perhaps not the easiest to find, some homework on location would be good, depending on where you're coming from. Good value for what is offered.

Our cycling group stayed in both the gîte and hotel. The site has great charm and character. We were met by the friendly new owners. After arrival, we relaxed by the pool. We cooked our evening meal in the gîte and had a quiet and comfortable night’s stay. We had an excellent breakfast in the hotel. Bikes were stored securely. The hotel is very comfortable and well appointed. The gîte is comfortable but basic. (The new owners will be upgrading it progressively).

Mireille and Pascal Nagy had it a few years ago, a real heart for this hamlet of Brittany and Plouha located minutes from the beach of Palus and the famous cliffs in the heart of the coast of Goëlo. Determined to share their enthusiasm, they have led their families with them in this adventure. After renovating the old farm they have over time, pretty restored houses around, called the first names of their daughters. In this green setting, charming cottages, mansions and pretty cozy guesthouse are now arranged to welcome you in a comfortable and quiet, with family or friends. Ideally situated for exploring the coastline of Côtes d'Armor, the Bay of Saint-Brieuc on the Pink Granite Coast, the cottages Keregal offer all the pleasures of typical Brittany between land and sea.
This is one of the most charming Gites we have ever stayed in. The rooms are nicely decorated, kitchen is well equipped and our children were able to play in the beautiful garden. The owner is available for any kind of advice and has all kinds of useful tips. We also enjoyed the Plouha, a real little village with 2 amazing Boulangers, a Poissonier and a bookshop with international newspapers despite the village not being touristy. There is also many beaches close by and it is a good spot for day trips to the other parts of a Brittany. Looking forward to come back!

Between earth and sea, discover in a manor house of character of guest houses and holiday cottages. Every room and holiday cottage have a particular theme in touch with britanny.
We stayed here for 10 days. The B&B is located in a small village close to the coast and close to the inland of Bretagne. It’s perfectly located if you want to visit the complete north-side of Bretagne. When we arrived we were welcomed warmly by the very friendly people who run the B&B, they also rent houses (gites) on the same property. They gave us an explanation of the site and a quick look around the B&B. We were also offered to choose the hour of breakfast. This was very nice! The room we stayed in was large and was decorated to match a specific setting – Argoat. Filled with an iconic bed and cute little elves. The history of the bed was also explained to us. I have to note how clean the rooms was. The bathroom was very clean and cleaned often. The restroom is very large and also cleaned every day. The hosts help you discover Bretagne, they know a lot about the region are a very glad to help you out. They also have a homemade map so you can check whatever is close by and that will help you plan daily trips. They basically made their own small tourist office in the living room. The mansion itself is very clean, it has a large and beautiful garden with seats and lounge chairs to rest and enjoy the surroundings. It’s an authentic Breton farm/mansion with massive walls, they keep the place cool when it’s hot outside. The living room has a tv, books, newspapers and sofa’s to rest. There’s also the possibility to buy small local products. Free Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast served is excellent. Typical Breton breakfast. Fresh bread, croissants, crackers, brioche bread, salted butter, 4 kinds of jam and one new every day. Fresh coffee, tea, milk, water, fruit, far Breton (regional pie), yoghurt from a local producer and bottle of fruit juice every morning. A big thumbs up for the very friendly hosts that know the region and take the time to talk and laugh. We had a great time and will probably stay here again in the future.

It is at the edge of the Emerald Coast, at the crossroads of Mont Saint Michel, Dinard, Saint Malo, on the edge of the greenway linking Dinan to Dinard that is the Manoir de la Bigotière in Pleslin-Trigavou.
