Reviewed By didfl0Hôtel moderne situé face à la plage publique, très bruyant le soir avec la musique à fond des bars (arrêt heureusement à 1h du matin !). Chambre correcte sans être spacieuse. Demander vue sur mer car sinon il semble que les autres donnent sur un mur (la ville est très concentrée). Petit déjeuner correct mais un peu sommaire et servi dans une petite salle intérieure. Parking possible en s/s sol ou sur des places réservées à l'extérieur mais à demander à l'avancer car les places sont rares. Accueil sympathique.

Reviewed By Arlet2013We werden zeer goed ontvangen. Alles kraaknet. Selim en zijn mama doen hun uiterste best om je in de watten te leggen. Hebben 2 keer avondmaal gegeten en was beter dan in het restaurant. Auto moet beneden blijven want in historische centrum is geen gemotoriseerd vervoer toegelaten. Wat lastig daardoor om met bagage de trappen naar boven te klimmen, maar loont de moeite. Hebben dan ook genoten van de stilte. Zeker een aanrader.

Reviewed By Igor MThe mobile homes are clean, nicely decorated. The people are very friendly. Breakfast is available. The campground has a swimming pool and parking for your car. The beach is not far away and you are guaranteed two deck chairs with umbrella. The beach also has a beach bar. The pizzas and salads are very good, the waiters quick and helpful, the prices very reasonable. I recommend

Gastfreundlich und sehr nett
Reviewed By atheneskIch habe drei Wochen in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und nur positives erfahren. Das Resort besteht größtenteils aus Neubauten und ist hygienisch in einem sehr guten Zustand. Das Gebäudekomplex steht inmitten von Olivengärten außerhalb der Stadt und ist nur eine Minute mit dem Auto zum Stadtzentrum entfernt. Man hat viel Ruhe und ist zugleich sehr Zentral. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl die Beratung, als auch der Service waren einfach Top! Kann ich definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Lovely place
Reviewed By jedrek2504We stayed there for a whole week during our visit to Montenegro. Immediately after we arrived we were offered to move to a room with a better view due to the fact that we went there off-season. A manager, as well as the whole family running the place and a nearby restaurant Dulcinea are great people who made our stay even more pleasant. Make sure to stay there when you come to Ulcinj!

A most agreeable stay
Reviewed By tom2349Location wise, this hotel is sat atop the big hill which casts a shadow over the main town of Ulcinj, and it is quite a trek up the hill to reach the accommodation; even a walking connoisseur such as myself became disdainful of the hike. However, once there, you will be greeted by perhaps the friendliest family you could ever hope to meet. I was bombarded with delightful hospitality, being served cups of coffee and juice alongside an assortment of biscuits. The view out across the hazy Adriatic is enough to make a grown adult cry with joy, and lots of convenient shops sprawl up near the hotel which comes in handy when you realise you have run out of water in the stifling 35 degrees centigrade heat. Unfortunately, the WiFi is incredibly poor and, as previously mentioned, the march into town is not enviable. Overall, though, I would recommend any passers through Ulcinj to take rest at the Alvanita.

"Catastrofa"
Reviewed By Tdr MIt's a pity that location is nice and the daughter-in-law is a nice and heplful person, but the administrator is an annoying old man who called us idiots for a stained couch cover which i don't even know it was us that got it dirty (and which after a wash was as good as newin a cew hours). Threatened to make us pay for that. Almost zero intimity while he is there. Started to change the bed covers while we were still in the room and my fionce was changing clothes, at 9.00 in checkout day. So if you want somebody that's on your toes all the time and wants to charge you extra for every stupid thing that suits him, go there!
