Reviewed By Anton SОазис для приезжих богачей. Крутые яхты, магазины Rolex и т. п. Чисто, красиво. туда-обратно прогуляться по набережной - час. Паркомат должным образом не работает. Взял с меня дважды по 4 евро. Хотя, может быть это и есть работа "должным образом".

Everything looked to be going great, good communication from the owners, I was put in touch with the property manager, and we were very much looking forward to spending a few nights here at the end of a longer trip. Alas, Montenegro was put on the UK government's red list a week before we were due to fly out. Now things went wrong. This property has strict 50% refund policy and enforce it mercilessly. We had 3 other properties booked for our 2 weeks and they all had similar refund policies. However, every one of the others waived the 50% fee when they heard that the flights were cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions. Requests to waive this fee with this owner, Sladya, were refused and I was told it's because they only want people "who really want to come here". I offered a reduced amount of 10% as a goodwill gesture but this was refused also. I was offered to move the booking to next year but this is impossible to do now, so my only option was to cancel and lose almost £500 for nothing. That's a lot of money on top of a lost holiday. The owners were quite within their rights to do this. The refunds policy is made clear at the time of booking, but in these uncertain times, things can change suddenly through nobody's fault. All other property owners were happy to reduce or cancel this fee due to Covid. These people WILL NOT! Be careful. Other properties are much fairer and more flexible.

Reviewed By bernard69Nous sommes restés 3 nuits dans l'unité 1 au rez-de-chaussée grand appartement parfaitement agençé,hyperpropre,calme,entièrement climatisé,literie hyperconfortable de plus de 2 mètres,excellent wifi,cuisine bien équipée(il manque un grille-pain cependant) avec produits de nettoyage,huile,vinaigre,thé,café...et même une bouteille de vin.Le sympathique manager vivant en dessous est facilement joignable et a été spontanèment d'une grande aide pour dépanner ma voiture.Plage privèe bien aménagée en contrebas.

Reviewed By RoboH1976Super ubytování v nových a čistých pokojích. Bjelila je klidná, malá rybářská vesnička kousek do přístavu Kotor. Restarurace i obchod s potravinami poblíž. Restaurace patřící k ubytování nabízí čerstvé mořské plody.

Рядом с десяток ресторанов, прямо напротив виллы бесплатный пляж с галькой, в 5-7 минутах ходьбы платный песчаный пляж waikiki resort.
