Boatel Charlie is a boat hotel house that rests on the shore of Danube. Comfortable beds, free wi-fi, free linen, towels and air-conditioned space is standing standard for all rooms. Our entire house is designed to use as much green technologies as possible. Our goal is to preserve natural habitat around Boatel Charlie and to provide excellent accommodation to our guests at the same time.
The most terrible experience, DO NOT BOOK This Boatel!
Reviewed By YuanF53I would not even give them one start if it is possible to not to choose a star! This is the worst experience I have ever had with hotels or Air B&Bs. I booked three days of stay in this boatel, the first day I decided to take shower around 12pm. The shower water is freezing. I asked the staff to help, and in her room the shower was also freezing. I had to borrow a water cooker from the kitchen, boiled the water and wash my hair. The next morning they said that it was because the waitress pushed on the wrong button, this evening there would be hot water. I took shower at 10pm, there was hot water at first time, and then after one minute no more. I used the second time the water cooker for the shower. And the next morning I told them that this is not possible. I must leave. I ask for the refund of the night I will not take. They are very rude, and the boss yelled to me, why other guests have hot water during the daytime and you don't have? I am also very angry, I asked, are you saying that I am lying? He is reaaaaaaallly rude! I told him how can you ask me why there is no hot water in my room? Other guests might have taken the shower during the daytime, but sorry, I want to take shower during the evening. After two days I am already almost sick! My joints are painful! And it is my fault to take a shower later? A hotel should not provide for its guests? My first two days in Serbia is totally in bad mood due to this terrible hotel and I must tell everybody about it. I strongly suggest you not to take this hotel and I will continue to complain.

A Proper 4 Star Hotel and Delicious Food
Reviewed By Dantravels144This is a phenomenal hotel. I stayed in a different Belgrade hotel for 6 weeks this summer and on my review mentioned it was a "4 star building with 2 star staff". This is a true 4 star hotel on all levels. The food has been top top level and all staff, especially front desk have been 5 star level in their service. I hope to return here for future long stays in Belgrade.

Reviewed By daichi01171998トランジットが10時間あったので、空港近くのホテルを探してた時に見つけて、泊まりました。 ホテルの人とメールでやりとりして、飛行機の便名を教えたら送迎をつけてくれました。ニコラ・テスラ空港からホテルまで車で10分程でした。送迎してくれた人はとても優しく話しやすい人でした。 最近ホテルが完成したらしく、とても綺麗な部屋でした。ただ、シャワーの水圧が弱かったです。温度もぬるく、どうやって調整すれば良いのか、分かりませんでした。しかし、私はそれほど気になりませんでした。WiFiも完備されてる綺麗な部屋でトランジットの時間にくつろげたのは良かったです。朝、6時半に空港に着きたかったので送迎を頼みました。すると快諾してくれて、快適に移動出来ました。

Reviewed By GT9599RCDas Winery SKRBIC Inn liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, oder der Altstadt. Das ist aber nicht unbedingt ein Nachteil. Die Kosten für ein Taxi sind erträglich und man hat es hier dafür etwas ruhiger. Das Hotel ist komfortabel und praktisch eingerichtet (nach dt. Maßstab etwa 3 Sterne). Es verfügt über einen gut angelegten Außenbereich und einen schönen Weinkeller. Die Bäder sind modern gestaltet. Parkplätze sind direkt am Hotel vorhanden. Das Restaurant bietet sehr gute Kost und ist für deutsche Verhältnisse preiswert. Für etwa 20€ pro Person bekommt man Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Wein, Wasser und Schnaps. Der Service funktioniert bestens. Man ist ausgesprochen freundlich und die Verständigung funktioniert gut. Wenn der Manager anwesend ist, kann man von ihm in bestem deutsch auch ein paar Tipps für den Stadtbesuch bekommen. Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis>Leistungsverhältnis. Für unter 50€ ist ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück buchbar.

Reviewed By 586marijatIdea of concept is great but servise is terrible. Rude staff, they constantly complain instead to serve visitors. Everyone here has to work on their social skills. Water in the pool must be cleaner. No soup in the toilate although you pay significant price for entry. They have to improve evertyhing if they want people to come back again. One menue for place that allows 50 people to enter is unacceptible. Food is delicios.

However the place did not have an elevator a d maybe quite challenging to carry the bags till the floor your in. I'd also like to mention how professional and friendly was the staff. Big thanks to Sue for helping us feel at home

Cozy and lovely
Reviewed By Milica RThis was my second time at Kopaonik but my first time at Chalet. The first thing you will see will be beautiful building from wood, then Milica will welcome you on the best possible way (big hug for Milica <3 ). The restaurant is beautiful and prices are very reasonable. Food is AMAZING!! Chalet burger is a must, just be careful as portions are very big. Rooms are spacious and the view is amazing. Do not be surprised if the heat is not the best because outside is probably -18 degrees so 22 degrees is pretty good for this time of the year.

Reviewed By dandstockwellThe room itself was amazing! Spacious, clean and the addition of the Sauna and Jacuzzi was amazing. The massage service was a let down as it was advertised at a particular price in the room and we ended up paying four times that amount - the day spa was supposedly separate from the hotel themselves although we felt we were just ripped off. The owners were very nice and helpful but felt they could’ve been of more assistance in the matter. It is slightly out of town but fairly cheap to get to and from in a cab.
