Yoga and Yummy
Reviewed By RoyalIcingThe Kubatzki is a beautifully decorated hotel with a charming and familiar atmosphere to it. Beach and town are in walking distance. Besides a small spa, it offers daily yoga lessons on different levels with brilliant and inspiring instructors. If you like yoga or want to start yoga, this is the place to go. The food for breakfast and especially dinner was absolutely amazing. Such creative and yummy combinations. The quality of meats and fish was very good, there are vegetarian and vegan choices. Allergies are dealt with conscientiously. My sleep quality, however, wasn’t good at all. Certainly a question of personal choice but the mattress was terrible for me. But since my nights were over at 6 am anyways, it wasn’t the worst. My room was next to the kitchen and not only are the hallways very loud but from 6 am the kitchen staff started working and sleep unfortunately was impossible. Many of the staff were very nice and the communal seating for meals makes it easy to find someone for a chat, so travelling solo is quite interesting here. I would definitely return but request a different room.

Reviewed By 742pergNew hotel, the best thing about the hotel is its location right by the center but still without traffic noise and overlooking the canal and out over the sea. Fantastic large and copious breakfast buffet. We chose half pension, which is recommended, also a large dinner buffet but not as impressive as the breakfast buffet. Reasonable prices for wines in the restaurant. However, too few wines to choose, at least they should have more German riesling wines and German red pinot noir. For free of use they also have a large spa, with swimmingpool both inside and outside. Area for both children and also own sauna area for adults. Highly recommended! We will come again. The only minus is that the rooms do not have either a kettle or a fridge or a mini-bar, as well as only glass walls for both shower and toilet, so you cannot stay there with others if you are shy

Tolles Hotel, durchschnittliches Essen
Reviewed By Ines MWir waren vier Naechte im Hotel. Tolles Haus, schoene Zimmer, ausgezeichnete Massageanwendungen (Yvonne ist sensationell!!)... in der Dusche braeuchte es eine Moeglichkeit sich festzuhalten. Das ist gerade fuer das aeltere Semester dringend erforderlich, da der Boden zu rutschig wird. Zu dem Essen: Leider ist die Auswahl und die Qualitaet des Essens nicht gut. Hier ist noch viel, viel, VIEL Luft nach oben. Nur weil Spargel derzeit Saison hat, heisst das nicht, dass man jeden Tag Spargel in irgendeiner Form essen moechte! Die Garnelen waren ungeniessbar. Das vegane Gericht (Thai Curry) wirkt lieblos und nicht frisch zubereitet. Das Spaghetti Eis als vegan bezeichnet - war es nicht. Der Spargel ganz, ganz duenne Stifte. Das Tomahawk Steak trocken. Caesar Salad kam einen Tag mit Blattsalat. Auch beim Fruehstueck fehlte gute Qualitaet an Broetchen und vor Allem Brot, sowie eine bessere Obstauswahl. (Melone usw. fehlte komplett). Ansosnten war das Fruehstueck gut. Der Kuchen nachmittags ist unerfreulich. Besonders schade, da ein Blechkuchen einfach herzustellen waere. Zum Fruehstueck gab es tollen Kuchen (Marzipankuchen, Marmorkuchen, Bananenkuchen). Umso unverstaendlicher dass nachmittags 0815 Kuchen serviert wurde. Im Summe: Wir werden aufgrund des Essens nicht wiederkommen. Sehr schade, da sonst so vieles gestimmt hat.

Reviewed By JesTom17Trotz einer Bestätigung unserer gewünschten Anreisezeit konnten wir nicht einchecken und standen vor verschlossenen Türen. Vergebens haben wir versucht, jemanden auf den angegebenen Handynummern (3 Stück) zu erreichen. Letztendlich haben wir storniert und ein anderes Hotel gefunden.

Reviewed By gundersLondonI stayed here with my 2 children ( ages 10 and 12 ) just after Easter. We were heading to Centreparcs from Berlin so it was a pretty handy place to stop the night before. It is a charming spot in the countryside and we had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment. Staff and owners very friendly and we were glad we stayed. Apartment was very clean and spacious. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. Fabulous food and the children were made to feel welcome. Two slight negatives- 1. The owners dogs are left to run riot in the restaurant and weren't kept under control. We are dog lovers but having dogs jumping up on you while you're trying to eat is a bit annoying; 2. The food menu isn't particularly child friendly so if you have fussy eaters ( mine will eat anything ), you might want to eat somewhere else.

Seit vielen Jahren unser Lieblingslokal in Nordfriesland
Reviewed By Wilfried KWir waren dieses Jahr wieder wie schon seit vielen Jahren im Winter in Ockholm. Wie jedes Jahr haben wir wieder mehrmals die Mühle in Ockholm zum Abendessen besucht. Seit vielen Jahren werden wir von den Wirtsleuten, Herrn und Frau Diankov, erstklassig mit tollen Gerichten und zuvorkommendem Service versorgt Vom Brathering bis zu raffinierten Lammgerichten bekommt man hier alles, alles ist sehr lecker und sehr schön angerichtet. Auch die Suppen, vor allem die ausgezeichnete Tomatensuppe sind überragend. Die Portionen sind reichlich und das Preisniveau für das Gebotene sehr sehr günstig. Heute ist leider unser letzter Urlaubstag, den wir natürlich mit einem schönen Abendessen in der Mühle ausklingen lassen. Wir freuen uns schon heute wieder auf das nächste Jahr und vor allem auf viele weitere Besuche um Gasthaus zur Mühle in Ockholm.

Reviewed By SamspitI spent a week at Schloss Warnsdorf in July and it was a great experience. Very professional hospitality and medical staff, great setting and location, including nearby towns and coast, awesome SPA and grounds, lots of activities and lovely guests too... I felt very well looked after and was able to do my fast with enthusiasm. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a health retreat. The only minor drawback is that everything is generally in German but staff is very helpful at translating when needed and where possible.

Reviewed By Alain1979Es un hotel nuevo, muy sencillo decorado, muy acogedor y muy práctico. Esta a 3 minutos andando de la estación de trenes. El hotel es muy estilo nórdico, las habitaciones no son muy grandes pero están muy aprovechadas. El baño esta super bien y la ducha genial. Tienen productos de higiene que huelen muy muy bien. No tiene restaurante, quizás ese sea el único punto negativo, pero el hotel hermano de al lado sí tiene restaurante. Personal amble y servicial. Es un hotel que volerai y muy recomendable.

Each of the bright newly renovated rooms at Pharisäerhof comes complete with a flat-screen satellite TV, an en suite bathroom and bathrobes. The rooms facing north also have a French balcony or terrace. Pets are welcome in all rooms and a dog-sitting service is available (charges apply). A selection of regional meals, cakes and ice creams are available in the café and restaurant. You can also buy Nordstrand specialities in the on-site shop. The rural surroundings are great for hiking. A ferry stop is located 8 km away, connecting you to the islands of Amrum, Pellworm and Sylt. Husum Train Station is 14 km away and free on-site parking is provided. Couples particularly like the location — they rated it 8.2 for a two-person trip.
Nice, but "dog friendly"
Reviewed By SprudeldudelWe stayed at this hotel for two nights and really liked the location and rooms. Staff are helpful and friendly within the frame of the rather strict operating hours of the kitchen. One point which can be a plus or minus depending on you is the "dog friendliness". If you have a dog and like dogs this place is definitely for you. If you are not into dogs so much there are downsides, like being woken up early by barking or dog poo on the grass.
