The hotel is located at Plaza one in the Periferico-Ecologico. At our hotel, you can rest, work, and enjoy yourself in our inviting and functional spaces. We offer a delicious complimentary breakfast and everything you need for an enjoyable and successful stay.
I have the best experience staying in this beautiful hotel. However the costumer service was incredible, friendly and professional staff. I’d give them more starts than 5 if I could. Of course I’d back again.

The WiFi is none existent, we had the room that was right next to the reception, and still no WiFi in our room. Seems like a decent hotel, it is clean but our door always looked like it was opened. I felt that people could see us, also the light would come through the door in the mornings, which makes sleeping somewhat difficult. Overall the location was good, close to zocalo but ??♀️

En Puebla Inn, Pensamos en ti.... contamos con habitaciones ejecutivas, ponemos a tu disposicion dos salas de juntas en donde podras proyectar tus ideas y tener mejor imagen ante el cliente, te estamos esperando!!
We had the penthouse and the room had floor to ceiling glass on three sides. As the hotel is on a hill, you can imaging the views! We thought we were in paradise. Although we didn't use it, we had our own kitchen which was spotless. The only disadvantage is that you need a taxi to get to the centre. That was not an issue in our case, as we spent the day seeing attractions and the cost back was very little.

Lovely hotel; great ambiance, comfy rooms, and very thoughtful and attentive staff. Shout out to Roberto who greeted me every morning with coffee, fresh fruit, and the best yogurt parfaits I've ever had.

We initially booked for one night to be able to visit the Reserva Biosfera de Tehuacan and was given a new family room. The hotel is the process of being modernised and we had the first of the newly renovated rooms. The big bonus for us was a large flat screen TV with Star TV and all the sports channels you can think of so we were able to keep up to date with the weekend's important sporting action overseas! Wifi was patchy and dropped out sometimes. The room was large, fresh and comfortable - we had room 27 which faced the street and had windows! (Many of the internal rooms don't). Hot water and decent water pressure in the shower :-) The family running the hotel went out of their way to make us feel at home and help us with anything we needed. They always had huge smiles on their faces and we felt very welcome. Fabrizzio speaks very good English and helped us with some phone calls in Spanish. Hotel guests get a 40% discount off breakfast in the hotel - making it incredibly good value (as well as being tasty). The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the centre of Tehuacan. Lots of restaurants around the main square and excellent Churros in the Apachurro shop on C. 2a J. Ma. Morelos y Pavon! We ended up staying 3 nights, despite there being lots of noise from the renovation / remodelling work. If you are out doing things for most of the day you won't notice the noise, and the friendliness of the staff makes up for it!

HOTEL ALHAJA is a central and cozy hotel located in a 19th century mansion, which has 16 completely remodeled Hotel rooms and 5 rooms of Hostal. The Hotel has a square that houses jewelry stores and shops
Can't beat the location; only a block away from the Zócalo and the restaurants, bars, and night life that go with it. As the description says, it's a 19th century mansion that they did a good job of remodeling. As is often the case in this situation, there are some idiosyncrasies. The room I had didn't have any windows (could have used a night light), had a lot of wasted space in the bathroom, and a lot of unused floor space, but no tables, chairs, or desk. (I borrowed a chair that was in the hallway.) The staff is very helpful. If you're driving, they have a deal with Estacionamiento Reforma, which is four blocks away, at Avenida 2 Poniente 307. (Note that there is more than one garage in Centro with this name.) It will save you some grief if you go to this garage first, instead of to the hotel. The cost of parking is included in the room price.

This is a lovely boutique hotel in a cool historic building. Our room was super clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable, and everyone we encountered was warm and welcoming. The cafe con leche in the courtyard restaurant is fantastic, as was everything we tried from the menu. The hotel is well located, close to the central Puebla points of interest. And they have parking!
