Within the heart of El Nido, Palawan You will find CUNA HOTEL. It's beauty and splendor overlook the mesmerizing island and islets of Bacuit Peninsula, branded as a true oasis of peace, enriched by exuberant vegetation and marine life. It is the perfect destination for those who are searching for a taste of adventure, serene and stylish getaway.
Hotel best parts are location and view. Pool is on the rooftop. Cuna has two different building, the main building has a elevator but another has no!! We booked 12 rooms. Some of the rooms were in second building. So we went up with elevator then had to use steps in second building. If you plan to book Cuna Hotel be careful for building and check the room square meter. Some of the rooms are tiny. There is no more place to open your luggage :) The other bad side is breakfast. Open buffet but not enough!

A cozy lifestyle boutique hotel inspired by the natural beauty of the islands easily located right in the heart of El Nido town.
We stayed 2 nights in Sanse and were happy with the spacious room, comfy bed and interesting bathroom setup. We appreciated the chilled, filtered water available 24/7 and the friendly service. The front desk staff arranged our laundry to be done at a competitive rate with clothes returned within 12h. The breakfast was modest but fresh and tasty and delivered at a time of our choosing right to the room. After hot days in el nido it was a treat to return to a cool, clean, peaceful, and private room. The location is right in the heart of El nido town close to all the best restaurants and near the docks for ferry/island hopping tours. Overall good value for the price.

Nestled in a quiet street at the heart of Puerto Princesa, Balai Princesa is a bed & breakfast with five, exclusive rooms as well as unique facilities artfully designed to delight the senses. Converted from an old house into a peaceful oasis, Balai Princesa is a unique space where the comfort of home meets the idyll of paradise.
Balai Princesca is an oasis in the middle of bustling Puerto Princesa. It is a five-minute ride to the City Center and Baywalk and less than 10 minutes to the airport. The decore is extremely serene and architecturally interesting. Everything is pretty much walkable but the hotel is very good about getting a tricycle at any time (80-300 pesos depending on the distance). This gem of a hotel has only five rooms. We stayed in the family-sized room (we were upgraded). It had two separate showers and four beds! For the two of us, it was more than spacious. There is a spa on the second floor where you can get a massage at a moment’s notice. There are three saunas and a hot tub as well. It seems counterintuitive to do a sauna and hot tub in the heat. But after a massage, it felt amazing and it actually made us feel more acclimatized to the tropical heat. The massages are highly recommended, particularly the 90-minute Balai Special and 90-minute Combination. The Lilim Cafe in the hotel is one of the restaurants in Puerto Princesa. Finally, the staff really took care of us. They picked us up from the airport. The final thing that made it truly amazing is that they arranged for us to have our 24-hour antigen test at the hotel for us. In summary, an amazing hotel with terrific staff, a good restaurant, and a spa to boot.

Acacia Garden Inn, a Modern contemporary designed, and it’s modestly designed boutique hotel located along the quiet street of Felisidad, Bgy. Poblacion 1, Coron Palawan. One of the newest & green hotel in town surrounded Acacia tress.
Acacia Garden Inn is conveniently located near the main road where the restaurants and shops are. You can take a tricycle which will only cost 10 pesos. If you want to rent a motorcycle there's a rental shop right across the street. The building is clean and it has a really charming terrace. The standard room that we had is small but its totally fine for two persons. It has two single beds, TV w/ cable, hangers, and a bathroom with toiletries. They provide overflowing tea and coffee free for its guests which is a nice touch. Our breakfast is okay and but all the other a la carte dishes we ordered from their restaurant is soooper delicious! They also arranged our private island hopping tour which was hassle-free because they prepared everything for us, we just gave them a list of the islands/beaches we wanted to visit, plus a couple of other requests and then the next day we were good to go. We were so thankful for the boat captain and tour guide that we had. They are simply the best! They were so patient and it wouldn't be as memorable if it weren't for them. The boat captain told us that they always cater to Acacia Garden guests so if you want to do your private tours with them (highly recommended!), I suggest you book a stay here! We would definitely go back here in Coron and stay here at Acacia Garden Inn again!

Relax and enjoy our warm and welcoming hospitality at Blue Waters Inn Coron Palawan- a boutique hotel designed for the budget conscious traveller with quality rooms and service at an affordable price nestled in a perfect location.
For the purpose of this review, I will confine myself solely to the Hotel as sadly, I was not a fan of Coron but that's largely irrelevant here, as this is a review of my accommodation whilst there and not Coron per se'. In which case, should you be considering a stay at the Blue Waters Inn I hear you ask? Well, and this is a difficult one but on reflection, for me it was not a good fit. On the basis that we all seek different things when away, best then to simply list the Good & the Not so Good points, then it'll be up to you to decide for yourself. Fair? I think so. Good Points Room 301 is a large room classed as a Standard Queen room, which overall, I thought looked very nice. I especially liked the bed which felt very comfortable though hard but, I like hard so all good. The bathroom appears clean and the towels smell fantastic! The TV has a number of English speaking channels available, including CNN which is also nice as I'm a news buff. Wifi is intermittent but, I'm on holiday so we'll forgive the odd drop-out. There is a guest lounge on the second floor which is another nice touch and the staff were always courteous and pleasant during my brief 2 night stay, as indeed you'd expect in the Philippines. For security purposes, the lobby is manned 24 hours a day, though you may occasionally find the night guard 'resting', his eyes, as well as his body during wee small hours! Lol! Finally, price USD 88.90, this for two nights (March 2020). Difficult to argue against such value. Not so Good Points The plumbed-in bidet hose was forever leaking, even when supposedly fixed. This meant the bathroom floor never properly dried out and was a real pain when getting ready to go out. The handle of the bathroom window had broken off which meant the window could not be closed. This was also a real pain as the noise from outside was at times unbearable. Yes, literally unbearable! A corner room is normally to be welcomed as they tend to be larger in size, however, as the walls were so thin, there was absolutely no escaping the noise, and it started at 06:00 with 'singing' dustcarts. Honestly, you couldn't make it up! Other smaller issues included guests putting out their wet laundry on the stairwell banisters (who does that? Have they never stayed in a proper hotel before or heard of 'Laundry'?). BWI charging guests 80 php for the privilege of renting (borrowing) a hotel towel? Oh Pleasssse, that's just being mean! As is customary, I write notes whilst at a hotel as this provides for much greater accuracy when actually penning reviews, certainly more than memory alone so, it's worth repeating some large block writing across the booking conformation from Agoda which simply read; Noise - Unbearable. Glad to be leaving. To be fair and balanced, The Blue waters Inn, Coron, is not a bad hotel, it was just not for me, for all of the reasons outlined above. But you however, may feel differently... As always, happy and safe travelling. Phil

A quiet island resort for guests to relax and relieve their stress. A beautiful place to enjoy your family vacation.
If you're expecting Resort lifestyle and service this is not a place for you. If you however want peace and quiet, simple lifestyle and a beautiful beach right outside then I definitely recommend this place. Our cabin was simple but a bit worn down. The Bathroom could use a brush up. But we found the cabin ok for sleeping which is basically what you need it for. Beach is really nice. Beautiful clear blue water with the possibility of snorkeling. It is not the best spot for snorkeling the water is a bit rough and there rocks but you can borrow a life jacket. Food was OK. Again simple is the word that comes to mind. Suggestions for improvements: - a table at the cabinbalcony so you can play cards and games (cabin 11) - wodden beach furniture could use a maddress as they are really hard to lay on - more seafood and fish for dinner

Lazuli is the first boutique hotel in San Vicente, Palawan along the longest stretch of white sand beach in the Philippines. The resort is designed for families, couples and group travellers. We have three room configurations; the standard room (40 sq.m.) can accommodate 2 to 4 persons, the loft room (55 sq. m.) can accommodate 5 to 6 persons and our family room (110 sq.m.) can accommodate 10 to 14 persons. Our room prices are based on accommodating 2, 5 and 10 persons for the standard, loft and family respectively and we charge for Pesos 1,000 for extra persons. The resort has a pool and a wide opening to the beach. There is a very good restaurant on site which is getting good reviews from hotel guests, locals and residents from nearby resorts. Lazuli has an open badminton court and beach volleyball court. The area is good for surfing during certain months of the year. Island hopping and other tours can be arranged.
The rooms, pool, bar, and beach were great! It was nice walking on the beach (it’s like boracay 30years ago). No encroachment. Beautiful. It’s just that there were a lot of stray dogs and corridors had dog poop. Unfortunately, not everyone is a dog lover. Bring what you think you will need- toiletries, laundry soap, extra clothes, cash (no bank at all), medicine (no first aid kit on premises; bring paracetamol, bactroban, mosquito repellents, zinc oxide, sunburn medicine etc). Bring chocolates, chips, alcohol (if you are particular).
