Reviewed By hdsavlaI stayed here with my family for 1 night. The hotel is located in a very nice open area and has a nice entrance. We were served welcome drinks on arrival and escorted to our rooms. The check in was quick. The rooms were huge with all the new décor and furniture. The rooms had all the amenities and toiletries. The staff was helpful and the room service was quick. Overall, a very nice stay.

Worst stay in India!!
Reviewed By y0gananthanBooked this place based on reviews but was totally disappointed!!! Booked for two nights and was told I had to pay extra because I booked the wrong room. Payed the extra money when checking in and once we went to the room, we did not want to stay for the second night. Went back and asked if we can have the additional money that we paid for the second night since we are not going to stay but they said they can not do "changes after we check in". We were willing to forfeit the room's cost although we were not going to stay since it was booked online but thought we should have got the additional money that we paid. Hoped we can manage for the two nights but noticed the bed sheets was not only dirty but had small hair all over. Couldn't sleep because of all the mosquitoes. Would not recommend this place for couples or families as it is located in an industrial area filled with trucks. Felt really uncomfortable staying there. When booking on their website, it claimed to give a refund if not satisfied with the stay but it is funny how they were not even willing to give back the additional money that was paid. Was going to try other Treebo hotels in mumbai, but after this, never!
