Reviewed By Rosel KBooked a room with window. They showed the room and took advance for the booking...but at the time of check in..they refused to give the bigger room and provided us with sub standard room with no windows. On asking why the booked room was not provided...the staff simply said our hotel policy is we give whatever room is empty regardless of booking a specific room and taking advance for it.

Staff untrained..
Reviewed By Mahesh VI had stayed here last year in past but now (20th aug'18) i seen the service standard coming down rapidly. This stay was not comfortable at all. The staff are untrained. Rooms are not clean properly.. bathroom amenities are missing..bath towel so dirty. Reception lady have do unprofessionalism.. Suggestion:- either you work on training your staff or such reviews shall become synonymous to the place. Thanks Mahesh Verma

Reviewed By Manpreet2318It was neat n clean, address should be clear i.e trunk bazar instead of the given as locals r not aware. They provided heater but they didn't allow to switchon?... which was surprising... Breakfast was good..
