Reviewed By sivasagi25Booked for 3 days and 2 nights.Location wise its walking distance to Yenessun spa and about 15 mins ride to Gora.access by 7 mins walking thru hilly road.Property look run down,room was big for family of 4 with nice mountain view.However had cold night due to heater not working properly.offered room change but stay on same room by keeping aircon temp at 28℃.Breakfast serves Japanese cuisine with some breads choice and only serve limited time 8am to 9.30am.Property offers gym and kids play area and merchandise corner.Shutter bus/van available to Yenessun - Ten yu - Gora. Staff not well verse in English but was quite helpful.

Reviewed By gus49tooraThis is an ideal place for bookworms. Full of books, mostly in Japanese, allowing guests to spend hours to read various books. We had our own books, but enjoyed browsing kind of books we often fail to spot in busy bookshops in city. It is spacious and quiet. Due to the COVID situation, I am particularly nervous about noisy people. but, packed with book lovers and without TV in bedrooms, this place is so quiet and tranquil, we could relax in its true sense of the word. The only hitch was that there is little provisions for disabled people in the bath on the basement level, but the staff were helpful enough trying to come up with something. The only downside. We arrived a little early, and there was no one in the reception area, where the books are. I was slightly concerned that this place could be vulnerable to thefts...

Reviewed By Tarahoma夫婦で宿泊させて頂きました。 チェックインから大変温かく迎えて頂きました。 お部屋も素敵で温泉も気持ち良く、 お料理は一品一品どれも絶品で、福島のお酒も美味しく、ゆっくりとした時間を過ごしました。 朝食は、前日に選んだ鶏肉料理をメインに、 いつもは慌ただしい朝も、味わいながら頂きました。 最初から最後までスタッフの皆さんの温かさが心身共に染み渡りました。 帰り際は名残惜しくなってしまい、 また訪れたいと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

Crappy in-room wifi, no in-room AC, roaches in some rooms
Reviewed By adriennef661If you stay here between April 8th and May 9th you better hope for cool weather because you’re not getting AC in your room - I included the notice they put in the rooms about it. It was so hot, my husband had to keep the fridge and freezer doors open to try to cool the room down while stripped down to just his boxers. Also, the wifi in the room is crappy and it’s difficult to get a steady signal. The interesting thing is that the AC is on in the hallways and the wifi in the lobby is much more reliable. Why give guests such a crappy in-room experience? My husband counted himself lucky that he didn’t have bugs in his room. His co-worker stayed in the hotel in another room and he had large roaches in his room multiple times. Not a lot they could do about their stay since it was a business trip and they didn’t have the option to switch hotels. You’re better off staying at the Gateway Inn instead if you need to travel to the area.

Reviewed By hayama12345レストランサービスに難あり ベテラン揃いのスタッフで構成されていますが、真面目にお仕事される方とそうではない方と二分されます。名門ホテルの多い箱根町で、こちらに勤務される方の中には、ホテル並みのサービスを要求するな、と言わんばかりの方もいらっしゃるようです。真面目なスタッフの方に担当していただければ、フロントの方は丁寧な応対をされている方ばかりですので、好印象となるでしょう。客室のインテリアは豪華ですが、清掃が行き届いていないようでした。

Reviewed By qqh0924hc9天気が良く、温かい日和の11月中旬、週末に宿泊。夕方チェックイン、客室からは絵画のような夕日が見れた。夕食は和洋会席、どれも美味しく手の込んだ料理でした。 翌朝、海の向こうに富士山が綺麗に見えた、まさに絶景。朝食は和食の定食、旅行気分のまま、湯豆腐で一杯。気分よく家路に着きました。
