We stayed at the Ginger Pig the night before and the night of my daughters wedding. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The staff did absolutely everything they could going out of their way to help and make us have the best experience. Housekeeping had quite a job cleaning and tidying our rooms between nights after getting ready in the morning for the wedding. No one has tidied my room like that since my mum did it! It was lovely to come back to after the wedding. The night before we had a meal in the private dining room for 22. The food was lovely and again the Sevice second to none. Thank you Ginger Pig staff you were amazing and you made the experience for my daughter very relaxing.

This old inn is in a great location and is a vibrant establishment. The rooms are quirky and old but perfectly functional. The outstanding feature is the team that run it. Young, enthusiastic and nothing is too much trouble. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The Gem offers accommodation in Winchelsea Beach, 3 miles from Rye and 9 miles from Hasting. The Gem, located on a quite unadopted road, is only 10 mins walk from the local beach All rooms come equipped with TV, kettle, tea making facilities, fresh linen and towels. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and free off road parking is also available.
We stayed at the Gem for one night when we were doing a little winetasting tour last year. Jeanette and her partner made us very welcome and the accommodation (the whole of the upper floor of the house) was very clean and charming. Certainly much more than you would normally expect from a B&B. Breakfast was delivered in bags to safeguard spread of infection. We would definitely stay there again if we were in the area.

Set in Eastbourne, 750 yards from Eastbourne Pier, Pearl & Pebbles Eastbourne has a restaurant and a bar. Popular points of interest around the property include Congress Theatre and Eastbourne Heritage Centre. The property is 1.7 miles from Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park. All rooms in the hotel are fitted with a kettle. Serving Complimentary " Grab & Go " Breakfast. Sovereign Harbour is 3.1 miles from Pearl & Pebbles Eastbourne, while Eastbourne Lifeboat Museum is 100 yards away. The nearest airport is London Gatwick Airport, 33.6 miles from the accommodation. This is our guests' favourite part of Eastbourne, according to independent reviews.
Just looking at it from the outside was enough to make us look for an alternative hotel Rubbish and weeds strewn all about in the flower troughs. Decrepit looking steps up to the entrance This was obviously a very uncared for hotel snd can only imagine what the inside and rooms were like

The Niche, nestled in the quiet village of Willingdon and set amongst the backdrop of the National South Downs. Providing guest accomodation for parties of up to six people. You will find genuine warmth & hospitality, set in elegant surroundings with added touches of luxury to surprise and delight our guests.
After just returning from a stay at The Niche, I am planning to book again as soon as I possibly can. What an amazing place to recharge and catch up with old friends, whilst being spoilt and surrounded by luxury from start to finish. We were met by Ed, whose attention to detail just blew me away….and I am not easily impressed. I cannot praise this hidden gem highly enough. Thank you thank you thank you. ❤️❤️❤️

Starnash is a typical Sussex-style farmhouse, 11 miles from Lewes and 9 miles from Glyndebourne, in the village of Upper Dicker. Set back from the road with views over fields and trees, the farmhouse has vintage charm and a modern-rustic style. It is also eco-friendly with an efficient ground source heating system and a discreet array of solar panels.
Beautiful little farmhouse in the middle of nowhere but very close to BEDE's school and also not far from Eastbourne and Brighton, so to speak not far from the sea. The house is fantastic, the landlords very friendly and helpful people. The breakfast as the headline says was the best english breakfast I had, served in a personal and friendly manner. Thanks a lot Vicky and best regards to your husband and Winnie.

We stayed for the weekend in the beautiful yellow beach hut, with our dog. Our friends stayed in the blue hut. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, modern and very well equipped. The hut is walking distance to Camber beach and the local pub the Owl, which serves great food. Would recommend the beach huts for a convenient and comfortable break.
