Not Deserving of Marriott Nameplate
Reviewed By Dave TVery disappointing, particularly by Marriott standards (Lifetime Titanium Elite). I have stayed in Marriott properties in virtually every state and several countries. The good news....the staff was very friendly. The bad news.....breakfast terrible, hallways had trash and needed vacuuming, elevator doors dirty. Room- toilet tissue dispenser hanging from the wall, outside of kitchen appliances dirty, no Kleenex in room, one towel and one washcloth.

Older Hotel in a Very Good Area
Reviewed By MG GFirst off the hotel is old Florida, like when your grandparents used to go. That being said, the manager is fantastic as is his wife. They went above and beyond for me. That speaks volumes and I would definitely stay here again. My room was very basic but clean and the area is very good and across from the beach. Lots of restaurants near by. I was worried because the reviews were so mixed but I don't regret it at all. I intend to stay here again!

Great location 1 mile from air & sea ports, 3 miles from gay neightborhood, 2 miles from beaches and in the middle of a great shopping/dining distric off of 17 st. Cause Way and US1/Federal Hwy.Free Continental breakfast served every morning from 8AM to 10AM & free Wi-Fi through out the entire property. Great comfortable, clean, rooms for a great value.... Decorated modernly and with all the ammenities needed for the modern day. Queen size beds, flat screen TV's, a full leather sling in every room and even some outdoors, GH area, private sun decks, hot tub, year long heated pool, orchid gardens and much more awaits for you at our own piece of paradise, Inn Leather.

Reviewed By mallc2021I reached inn leather 8am much earlier than check in tine. Dough who was very mibd offered me to spent time on outdoors and pool and helped .e to store my lugguage. I reached tgere travelling halfway round the globe..Though i was there first tine Dough was lije we knew each other for ages. Soon i found myself on the bench entertanining. over all tge stay was good,,bit more verity for breakfast will be good. After staying three nights on check out i realized i had lost key for the in room locker. Dough was so kibd to offer to cut the lick and no extra charges.Thank you. Hope to get back soon...

Underwhelmed
Reviewed By charleyrdcNot sure what kind of place this is supposed to be, but it ranks as one of the worst I've ever been in. The walls are paper thin and floors are all wood in the rooms and corridors, so everything echos. The blinds don't close all the way. No artwork or decor on the walls. Kitchenette with no utensils, plates, cups...nothing. Stains on the sheets. A/C makes a horrible racket. Room smells like an old painted and repainted apartment. No wonder I woke up with a horrible migraine. Not even a hair dryer in the room. You have to check it out from the front desk, and then it's one of those that are supposed to be attached to the wall! No safe in the room. Not even a washcloth, just two towels. No DND sign to put on the door. I ventured out for about 30 minutes and was not comfortable walking by myself. Skip this place if you have any expectations at all.

Bad Choice REaD!!
Reviewed By Blitz TI was on the fence about visiting this place for minths! Did not wanna loose a saturday where we usually ho for a bad time.. the “couples area” doesnt exist i had 6 single men in there and security did nothing about ut! No one was even at front desk to complain. Bartender and DJ are right next to that toom as well and did NOThING ill never go again! FYI its a spot for trannies if youre into that. Very disappointed i will leave negative reviews everywhere i can.

Nice Guest House......Quiet Neignhourhood ...Pleasant people....
Reviewed By Escape811651Having had many places to choose from i decidedto go with Sawgrass. The Guest house is located in a gated community, quiet, clean and very nice area. I stayed for 4 nights, arriving on the 15th September, my room was downstairs and was exactly what i was looking for, the bed was very comfortable and it included a small computer table which came in very handy for my studies. The house consists of a kitchenette, a front room which you can sit comfortably and read a book if you so desire. Saw Grass Mall is 10 minutes walk. The Guest house is run by Jose who goes above and beyond and his friend, very nice lady (cannot remember her name, but collected me from the airport). Nice Place to stay.

The pics shows living room, kitchen and a nice balcony w a nice view… we stayed in a small Room w 2 queen beds that if u breath deep the person besides you wakes up. COLD SHOWER! Never gets warm enough, the phone in the room doesn’t work. We called to verify why the water was not gerri g hot and they said they would send a maintenance…. Clock ran and no one showed up. We can hear every single word from the next door rooms and they were not even loud. For the price we were paying it does not worth half of it. read read read call before booking. Never again!
