Opened its door in June, 2012. One of the luxurious hotels in Naha with 157 guest rooms. All the rooms are 35 sq/m (377 sq.f) or bigger with complimentary WiFi. Free valet parking service. Very convenient location-- approximately 10 minutes from Naha Airport, directly connected with Asahibashi Monorail Station and cross the street from Naha Bus Terminal. Awarded for 2015 Travelers' Choice and ranked #18 for Best Hotel 25 in Japan on TripAdvisor.
My husband and I stayed in this hotel as part of our honeymoon travels to Japan and Okinawa. This hotel is very beautiful and quite peaceful! The staff were very polite and accommodating. We loved our room- very clean and excited about the heated toilet seats- lol! The restaurant has a wonderful breakfast buffet that pretty much got us through to dinner everyday- but get there early to get a table or you have to wait, but they also will ring your room when your wait is over which makes it nice. There is only one piece of wisdom I wish I knew before staying. It’s a little confusing because the check in desk is located on the 4th floor and the hotel goes up from there. When you don’t speak the language this is a good thing to know. When you walk into the hotel after unloading your luggage- you have to go up the elevator to the check in desk. Hope this helps!! We will stay here every visit we return and there will be many as my husbands heritage is from Okinawa.

We stayed at EXES for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed. The rooms were huge and we had ocean view. We could use our breakfast tickets for lunch, which sometimes was buffer and sometimes a la carte. The facilities are amazing and at the time when we were there (late Sept.) it was relatively empty, so for instance sometimes we were the only people by the pool, or sometimes 6-8 other people where there. The only downside is that hardly anyone of the staff can speak English, actually only at checkout we found a person that spoke it fluently. But it was fine, just a heads up to keep that in mind. All in all, worth what you pay for!

Great location, superb food and excellent facilities. 2 outdoor pools and one indoors. Good recreational facilities but the snorkelling was a bit disappointing. Serakachi Robata restaurant is exceptionally good

Have frequented this hotel for the past two years, until I was deeply offended by their customer service and managers recently. The accident happened when I wasn’t able to enter my car at their parking lot due to the big vehicle next to me was parking too close. Approached the Front Desk Manager and I was told to either wait 1.5hrs for the owner to come back or to enter my car through passenger side. Was wondering whether they dare to talk to their Japanese customers in such way. The apology was also a joke as their management wasn’t even interested in any feedback and simply replied sorry, you can have a free cake as compensation, period. In conclusion, don’t expect any customer service if you are well travelled and know true Japanese hospitality.

We stayed in superior rooms with ocean view on 4th floor which had splendid open ocean view. Well managed checkin/out process, does not take much time. Resort facilities are quite decent. Swimming pool is nice , the beach club has lot of nice water sports options and the highlight is the ocean park. Room service is prompt, we had requested a change in pillows which was attended to very promptly. The breakfast spread was nice with good options available

Marriott annually celebrates Christmas in a big way every year. Outside bushes to a giant tree inside the lobby were amazingly decorated with 100's of poinsettias was absolutely beautiful. Santa mingling with the guests in the lobby, then making room calls later and delivering presents was magic. 2020 the lobby was clean as a thistle as the Grinch had just been there. No Christmas cake or cookies this year. Staff was not decked in Santa hats, nor a live band playing subtly in the background as in yesteryears. The ritz in executive-level is gone without even a hot dish, and the best service was cheese and bread. Even the small Charlie Brown Christmas tree in the room was gone. Snacks were all in wrappers, it seems that the executive chef and his staff have just left. Missing are many of our favorite staff faces as we have made the pilgrimage to the Marriott for over a decade, but we have finally had it as this was the last straw next year we will seek something new and we can only hope and read something positive in review.

Filled with flowers and greenery, a natural resort hotel that allows relaxing timesLocated on Okinawa Coastal Quasi-National Park, this resort hotel is surrounded by greenery and flowers. A private beach allows complete marine leisure, while a popular cruising tour takes you out to a private island for barbecue and snorkeling. Mainly composed of Japanese-style rooms, this is an ideal hotel to relax and enjoy Ryukyuan, Japanese, western and Chinese cuisines.
Old hotel built intge 70's. Horrible rooms. Hotel is used by Japanese annually school trips. They feel no need to refix rooms in anyway. Bad, they charge for everything including the gym. Good, a nice pool., reasonable breakfast buffet considering the condition of the room. Price under 10000 yen is the only good point.Trust my review I know it and Japanese hotels well.Onna area has the worst weather on the island.

I am a frequent visitor to Okinawa but this was the first time for me and my family to stay at this specific hotel. Overall great facilities. Very family-friendly. The nearby private beach has terrific water sports including the unrivalled sea walk experience I did twice with my son. He also loved the glass-making workshop which is a great creative activity for kids. The BBQ dinner buffet was splendid. We stayed for a week during the global pandemic and it was sad to see so few people at such a big place. But the resort staff were really making those of us there really feel welcome. Also, with fewer people around, it was very easy to relax by the hotel pool. Great ocean and nature views from our hotel room.

Welcome to Royal Hotel Okinawa Zanpamisaki.A stunning white hotel that has an unbeatable seaside location and a warm personal service,Royal Hotel Okinawa Zanpamisaki is the perfect place to be during your stay in Okinawa. With dazzling marine blue ocean and picturesque sugarcane fields far and wide,we are sure that your stay in Okinawa will be a special one.
It is a typical 80s-90s style resort hotel (reminding me more of a Las Vegas type hotel). For the price we paid (around 200$ per night ) the service was rather ordinary. Breakfast would cost around 20$ extra per person, and 5$ per night for parking (beware of hidden costs!) I have been to much better hotels in Japan that offer a better value. The Onsen/Sauna was good, it also had an outdoor Onsen (not natural one though).
