Welcome to your dream island. The private island resort combines Arabian tradition with Swiss luxury and hospitality, so you can enjoy unforgettable moments in paradise.
The service is terrible and chaotic (one day there was no breakfast, half a day without water), there is no beach at all, no restaurant, no facilities. The kitchenette is not equipped (no plates, no cutlery) Despite email by all accor that I was entitled to an upgrade, I needed to negotiate and in the end only got it for 2/3 nights, so we had to change the room in the middle. This is a place mostly for KSA nationals who want absolute privacy.

Our visit to this amazing resort was a big surprise. We received a grand tour and the manager showed us one of the villas. The 3 storie Appartment has 3 bathrooms, separate toilets, 3 kitchen and 3 spacious living room. First floor has a balcony that has a nice view on the Center park, playgarden and outside terrace. Ground floor has a indoor heated swimming pool and a outside courtyard. A lovely place to stay

I went there for a family holiday on the national day but sadly the experience was terrible. I found small creatures crawling all around, the furniture and the toilet was so used like it has been hundreds years. At all not recommended to any one

Visited Taif during the new year weekend and since it also coincided with school mid term break, places were quickly snappes up. We were fortunate to get 2 units in Al Khazamah Resort. It is slightly out of the way from the popular Al Hada or Taif city centre but with a car that shouldn't be a problem for many. The apartment was huge. The kids could even play football in the hall if they wanted to. The kitchen was amply equipped with a fridge, microwave oven, stove and a kettle. But another apartment that our driver stayed in did not have a kettle. Hot water was available and it was a relief as it was really cold when we were there. The pool outside was an attraction to kids but unfortunately it was in the middle of the winter and the water was unforgivingly cold. Otherwise we could have spent hours in the pool. There was also a small cafe by the pool where you can order your hot chai or other beverages to warm up. Unfortunately there's no wifi provided, so be warned. You either rely on phone data or like we did, brought our own wifi router. Bring your own towels too. I believe you need to ask the reception but during peak seasons they might run out of towels quickly. Special shout out to the check in staff. I think his name was Mahmoud. He tried hard to satisfy the guests.

Firstly the location and address are off. Jeddah Wakan Villa and Suites is located on the southern side of Umar Abu Zarah St in Al Nuzhah district. In the Covid 19 pandemic situation, people can't leave the country for holidays so they travel domestic. The property is well-positioned to cater to pent up demand by people who just need to have a weekend away from home but just as comfy. It is like living in a compound for a couple of days. Behind the four walls of the property one can enjoy privacy and some fun for the kids but entertainment, shopping and food are still within walking distance. Mall of Arabia is just 300m away! We took the 2 bedroom villa. It was ok, maybe the furniture was a bit worn out but as the property does not have no smoking policy the place reeked of cigarette stench left by the previous occupant. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen. Other than these two complaints I was satisfied with the property considering the price. The kitchen has basic stuff like a hot plate stove, a kettle, a microwave oven and a fridge. You need to bring your own plates, pans and cutlery if you want to cook your own meals. There weren't much provided by the property. The receptionist doesn't speak English just so you know.
