Good rooms. Concierge very helpful. Reception staff sometimes good sometimes not. Overall a good experience

And the food is very delicious

They attacked us for no reason (that group of people was friends/family of the resort manager, at least that’s what we learned later).. The security of the resort was covering for them! We begged the security to call the police..(my bro was bleeding from his nose. My cousin was bleeding from his eye. My niece of 8 years old was between their feet and scratches were all over her body.. my other female cousin was trying to cover for her brothers, the bastards were trying to take off her dress, one of them broke a glass of beer and tried to attack us with it ). I was shaking and shouting repeatedly to call the police. Even when they parted us away, we asked them repeatedly to call the police..no one moved a needle. We asked them why you are not calling!! it's your job to call the police, they looked at us with a poker face! we asked them not to let the other group run away cz we are calling the police..we asked them if there is a back door, and they insisted that they won’t let anyone run away and that we will take our rights from them in a way or another. The other group disappeared don’t know how and where! They hid them claiming that they don’t know them and the worst part is that they informed us that they might find their way out through the beach..which is an obvious lie! Later on, we learned from one of the workers that that group was one of the manager's friends and that they won’t be moving a needle because of that. However, the worker was super worried that his manager might figure out that he provided this info and might be kicked out of his work because of that. The manager said that he doesn't know them.. we asked for camera records, and they claimed they don’t have records. All that I can say is that it was the worst experience I ever get in my whole life. I was ..I have never felt unsafe to the extent I felt that day. I am writing this because I am frustrated because they are biased towards their people! because what happened was unfair and I don't wish that any of you encounter such an experience. Anyway, The police finally came after we called. BTW, I tried to contact the owner through LinkedIn and Facebook, and of course, they didn't respond! customer experience is bad. communication is bad ( Quoting the security team when we asked them why didn’t you call the police directly: البنت قالت هيا عم تتصل بالبوليس ليش حتى نتصل نحنا As if calling the police and fixing the issue is our job, not their job) Quoting what the manager was telling us اقوى شي فيكن تعملو روحو اشتكووو و شوفو الشرطة اذا بتجي مش رح يجووو

Peaceful escapade with great view
Reviewed By RachelRizkallah- Great and very clean hotel with nice rooms. We had a duplex room, bed is up, toilet and small seating area down. Great balcony with a nice view.the balcony floor is made of open steel so take care not to drop anything. A small outdoor pool is available. They have a spa space but i did not check it. - The best thing is people friendliness and professional. The staff are very helpful and friendly. - Good food: we had dinner, which was good, refreshing salads, good pizza. I did not like the steak. Authentic Lebanese breakfast: nice manouche especially the one with keshek - We had a hike with a guide in the nearby area which was lovely and amazing - I would definitely recommend this place, the drawback is that kids are not allowed in summer as they are not allowed to use the pool. - I would advise to try the silk valley white wine: vin de table that is really good.

Lack of hygene and respect
Reviewed By CelinenassI am a regular client of the hotel for few years now every summer. I had no issues earlier until this last trip. The rooms are surprisingly very dirty: food and toys and plates found under the bed, in the sofas, meters of dusts on the furniture! On top, the receptionnist was the rudest person ever! Not welcoming at all! The service is poor, in fact there is no service provided at all! Neighours room service food stayed 48h at the room door with no one picking it up! What can i say more? No hygene, dirty rooms, no basic service, disrespectful staff. All of this for a night rate of 100$ Fresh! With all the financial issues ! Price not justified at all! Do not think of visiting the hotel anymore.

Having checked the images and pictures online they looked very nice, but when gone to the resort, we have realized how bad the resort is: starting from the reception where we weren't greeted well to the food that was absolutely terrible,( we had to go out and get our own breakfast, lunch and dinner) passing by the broken table tennis table... What's more, if you check their website, it says free wifi; but if you ask them what the password is, their answer is sorry we can't say, (with a smile :) ). On the other side, the relationship with the employees was good except for this receptionist. They may have a big resort, but they should think about renovating the rooms and especially the bathrooms which were stinking. In addition, all rooms were connected with the same balcony and so you can easily have anyone get in your room and steal anything by jumping from the window which doesn't have a lock in case you locked the ouster door. Thanks God, we only stayed there for a night or else we would have with no doubt quit the place. I would absolutely not recommend you go there or else you'll regret it right away.

Reviewed By ZeinashI’m actually reviewing the restaurant in the Resort “ Le Poissonnier”. Restaurant has a gorgeous view of the ocean. Service and food were excellent! On the expensive side though hence the 4 stars. The location is great ! Ample parking!!! Must visit if in the north of Lebanon.

Bigotry and Religious intolerant staff and administration
Reviewed By muslimmightWe are American Lebanese professionals who accompanied our adult children to the hotel. The staff acted with such bigotry and religious intolerance by denying my wife who has a very elegant Hijab from sitting at the beach while our children swam. These people need to go back to the Middle Ages!!!
