Reviewed By doreenblumenfeldThe Sandman hotel’s staff is outstanding in accommodating guest needs. The rooms are very clean, quiet and tasteful. The beds was very comfortable. I really enjoyed the bowl of fresh strawberries on the breakfast bar!

Reviewed By W3839CRjanicegI booked a room from the Best Western website, then followed up with a call to be sure we could check in late because our plane didn't land until 8:10 pm. Erika was very helpful and very pleasant to work with. We arrived, even later than planned and she was working the Front Desk. She was just as pleasant in person and remembered speaking with me. I had her book a reservation for the last day of our trip, the night before we our flight. Next morning, the GM Todd, who we didn't know who he was until a bit later in conversation, was at the front desk. He helped get us a ride through Lyft and then offered to store our luggage in a secure room until we came back with our rental vehicle. Lyft was taking forever and he canceled the ride and took us himself to the rental location across town. Hebmade sure the charhe was removed from oyr rokm account. We were surpised at his generosity, and also very thankful. Made me glad I had booked our next stay already. The room, and linens were clean and the bed very comfortable. We didn't hear the freeway noise unless we opened the balcony door. Plenty of hot water too! The air conditioner was a it loud but, I would prefer the individual room heat/air to central heat/air. Breakfast was good, although we almost missed it because we woke up late! We will miss it next stay because we have to be at the airport before the my start serving. Darn. Lol. We will definitely keep this Best Western as our first choice when we visis Santa Rosa and Sonoma County. Thank you Todd.

Reviewed By Michelle DDecent hotel, very good for the price. Comfortable beds and clean room, free wifi, perfect for a night passing through the area. Staff were very welcoming. There was a little bit of noise from the busy road outside, but died down at night. Would stay here again.

Reviewed By MccafNeeded a ground floor room while on the road as Wife sprained her knee. Called ahead and he booked us a handicapped room. The room was clean and had a fridge and micro but no coffee machine.after showers the floor was berry sloppery and def needs some non slip pads in the bathroom. Not the greatest part of town, clerk offered no discounts like AAA or seniors/ military, and price seemed high.

Great for family with kids
Reviewed By S537IXjuansKids enjoyed pool. Front desk was so friendly. Family really had a great time. We will be back. Had a room with 2 beds microwave and refrigerator which was great not have to go out to eat every night. Room clean. And quiet at night.
