Stayed one night in this small motel. Check in was fast. Room was clean, plenty of space with coffee maker, refrigerator and ice maker. Bed was comfortable. Good location near many stores, restaurants. We did notice the water was orange colored (rust?) in the morning. Complimentary breakfast in the morning and coffee. We would stay here again.

The property is a mess, the rooms are outdated and stink. The staff is very rude and unprofessional. The staff is always smoking at the front door which is so unprofessional as well. The manager did not care to hear my concerns.

We love pets, and offer pet-friendly accommodations as well. Our Little Gem Restaurant is open daily. The lodge has beautiful outdoor verandas overlooking the sloping back lawn, park and the hills. The Lodge truly has accommodations to meet any need, with ample meeting rooms for business meetings, reunions, weddings, and more. Located 10 minutes from downtown Nashville , known for its quaint atmosphere and epic local shopping, and the Brown County Music Center.
Lodge employees were friendly and attentive but I felt under staffed. We rented a family cabin; bags of ripped garbage exposed under front porch, beer cans strewn around deck, an old Christmas tree laying next to the front steps (in May; Really!), killed several roaches inside, ripped shower curtain, dirty furniture and floors, etc. it’s a cabin in a state park so not expecting too much but it would have been nice to at least have the garbage removed and place cleaned up before we arrived. I get that they are renovating some cabins but it still should have been clean. Reminded me of a place that had seen too many college weekend parties. In-laws had a room in the lodge and it was just ok but at least clean. The park is very nice but the lodge and cabins desperately need some professional management. 3 stars for convenience, location and friendly lodge employees which saved a 1 star review.

We have stayed at this place many times. This last time was not a five star stay. Our bed was very uncomfortable. It needs to have the mattress changed. I felt like I was going to slid out of bed because of a huge dip in the side. The people at check is and when we checked out were very efficient and nice. We have always felt welcome here. Unfortunately the breakfast was not very good. Both mornings the eggs were undercooked. In the past the breakfast was superb. Our previous stays have always been great. Not sure what happened this time. We were a little disappointed. I'm sure it was just a one time thing. We look forward to our next stay here. I hope the breakfast issues can be worked out.

Everything was in good repair and was clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It's very no-frills (no continental breakfast, no pool or workout room) but the price reflects that. There were enough outlets to allow everyone to charge their devices.

It is very close to Simon Cancer center. Room was clean. The lady that checked us in was friendly. Not much to choose from for breakfast. We were on the first floor. There was a very noisy car that came into the parking lot several times during the evening and overnight. Seemed to come and leave again. Right by our window. We could hear someones tv.
