Stayed here for four nights in May, 2022 and even though it rained horribly for most of the time we still had a wonderful time there. Sitting on the front porch and meeting new friends is always wonderful. Miss Bunny at the front desk is always a pleasant soul to welcome you. And the crew that serves breakfast is top shelf also! In fact, most all of the employees at the Inn are friendly and accommodating.

Rooms and bathrooms were very dirty. Asked for stuff to clean and never got it. Reported the problem and nothing was done. Asked to speak to the manager and he wasn’t there. Finally got to speak to the manager and he wasn’t very friendly.

Do not stay here, especially if you have asthma or any other respiratory conditions. When we arrived, we were greeted with a very damp, musty stench in the room. From there we came to find the room was barely cleaned, if at all. There were crumbs and garbage seemingly swept under furniture and bed skirts. The room was very poorly lit and I think the housekeeping was using that to their advantage. The air conditioner until was disgusting and dusty, which caused my wife's asthma to flair up. The bathroom had mold in the tub and around the window. Sheets on the beds were stained and yellow in color, pillows were also stained. To top it all off, when we went to tell the front desk about it, the worker simply took my card and refunded my money, leaving us without a place to stay. Honestly, she probably did us a favor. I understand you get what you pay for, but this wasn't just cheap or outdated, it was outright gross and hazardous.

We're a family-run motel in the heart of the Smokies and that means we're clean, we're quiet, we're cozy, and we're cheap. And that's all we think you need on your next vacation. Give us a try. *Closed from November to March every year.*
The room/rooms were disgusting and absolutely nasty. We had to wear our shoes the whole time we were there, if we didn't our feet would turn black in a matter of minutes. We had our 2 year old toddler with us, do you know how hard it was not to let him play on the floor? Trust me it was a nightmare. The only time we stayed in the room was to sleep. Soon as we woke up in the morning we would go outside because our son wanted to play. The parking lot was cleaner than the room for him to play!!!

We got them within the same block as us with the Melting Pot across the street and all the world famous Steak houses Like Cherokee Grill and Howards a mere 2 blocks to the left. Try the Space Needle Arcade as it is only one block to the right or ride the glass elevator to the top of the Space needle and observe Gatlinburg from a birds eye stand point! If its fun and all that Gatlinburg has to offer we are right in the middle of it all!
Excellent location! Parking is questionable because of renovations. If you need a place to shower, sleep and walk the parkway this is it. Don't expect luxury because this is an older motel. Told on check-in that water would be cut off some?!
