Reviewed By 369reneesWe like staying at the Dutton Inn due to the cleanliness and great location. We can depend on this hotel to be safe and, most importantly, clean. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast has enough variety that we always get full. It usually includes eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy and pancakes. The staff is so friendly and make us feel welcome every time we visit.

Reviewed By SpruillsThe owners are fantastic, little Lilly is just the cutest greeter! Rooms are well kept and very clean. Older place but they’ve done a great job with it. Location was great. Very quiet. Good breakfast and nightly cobbler and ice cream was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!

We are located one block off of strip on the time save Yellow Route, walking distance to White Water Waterpark, Gilleys, Six & Hughes Bros. We are 100% smoke free, have interior corridors, an elevator and situated in a quiet area on a level parking lot. Reviewed By jrcekcWe stayed at the All American Inn & Suites the last week in April 2022. It is not a plush motel but very clean and convenient to stay in Branson. The longer you stay the cheaper the rates are. We have stayed in all types of places in branson and this is as comfortable as any. They offer a very good hot breakfast.

Lynina Inn offers the best in small town hospitality. Our Free hot continental includes Fresh Waffles and Hot Biscuits and Sausage Gravy. Reviewed By Jomo9074The hotel appeared to have multiple vacancies on lower levels but still placed us on the 3rd level. It has no elevator. We had asked for a lower level. We have stayed here multiple times. It is always clean and has a nice breakfast. We like the location.

It Used To Be Nice!
Reviewed By preacherhowardWe booked our room in October 2021 for the days of Dec. 29, 2021 thru Jan. 2, 2022. We used to stay here when we come to Branson because of location and rooms were clean. Our last time to stay before this trip was in September 2017. It was filthy that time. There were cobwebs all along the ceiling and dust balls all over the walls. Fast forward to 2021-22. I think there were cobwebs left from September 2017. When we got to our room there was long hair, and lots of it, on the carpet in the sink area. Yes, the did send housekeeping to vacuum the floor, but it should have already been vacuumed. The toilet had mold around the waterline in the stool, microwave was dirty, and dust all over everything, including the curtains. We won't be staying here again. I hate giving negative reviews, but this one is needed.

Reviewed By khighb195131Hotel was in disrepair. Hot tub didn’t work and that was the reason we stayed there. Girlfriend has back and hip problems and we couldn’t use the hot tub. It should be noted on line when things don’t work. Both the pool and hot tub needed resurfaced. Had chunks missing. Shower temperature control was broke. And appeared to have been broke for awhile. Way over priced. Had problems with the air conditioning too.
